The house was SO cute and we did not want to leave. An easy walk to La Placita and the beach. Everyone had a place to sleep and their own bathroom.

Casa Sevilla is everything it looks like in the photos. The property is well maintained, secure, comfy, there are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 connecting efficiencies with their own private entrances. The roof top has the jacuzzi, a bar area, coolers for ice, seating room and cool views of the surrounding area. We had no trouble finding parking daily on the street. There are plenty of towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, sanitizing products throughout the house, dish soap. The kitchen in the main house is fully stocked, there are plenty of cups, silverware, plates. The fridge gave us plenty of room to store the grocery items we purchased. The freezer wasn’t properly functioning at the time but throughout the property each room has its own mini fridge so we were still able to store our ice and again the rooftop had coolers as well. They provide you with beach towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, first aide kit-they thought of practically everything, blue tooth speaker. There were games like jenga blocks, dominoes, cards etc... Charming beach theme decor throughout the house, multiple balconies in the rooms with cool seating! You’re within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks, a gas station, restaurants, pharmacies. All around this house is amazing, don’t hesitate book today.

We had a great time at Casa Sevilla - wonderful property near so many excellent sites in San Juan. Loved that each room had its own bathroom and they were all well appointed. Thanks so much for a great stay!
