What a fantastic property and a stress-free week!! The house was plush, comfortable, and supplied with all the extra touches to make it just as nice inside as on the beach. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the patio while drinking coffee and it was nice to have bikes and chairs. We definitely want to re-visit and will recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks!!!
Two bits of info for the owner - the master bedroom outlet behind the nightstand next to the window isn't working properly (light flashes like a disco) and it would be nice to have more forks since there was plenty of everything else.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home. The location was great! We especially enjoyed walking from the inlet to the beach while watching the sunset. We made wonderful memories on this trip as a family! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Communication with the host was great! I would highly recommend booking this place and we hope to go back one day!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is close by and within walking distance of the beach and sound. Back sliding door needed adjusting as it was jammed when we first arrived but owners called in locksmith. Few other things but overall nice stay.

The property is in a perfect location to enjoy a quiet stay on the island. It was fully stocked and clean. The owner was responsive. We really enjoyed the bikes and other items available. We would love to return!

This place was everything it states and more! It was clean, and stocked with supplies. The owners were awesome. If we had a quick question about produce or eating out etc they were quick to respond. It was located in between the sound and beach, my kids enjoyed both! We will for sure be back!!!

Absolutely the best vacation we have ever had! We've been coming to Topsail Island for almost 10 years now, and this is by far the best vacation home we have stayed at so far!
We loved the location and the quiet serenity of the neighborhood. It's hard to beat the water trifecta of the ocean, the intercoastal waterway, and a private community pool. Being on the quiet end of the island made for such a relaxing stay. Sitting on the deck watching the dunes and listening to the birds was a great start and end to each day.
The house was even better than described. The amount of amenities provided exceeds expectations and makes the house feel like a home. There is very little you need to pack to stay here- bring your personal items and you are set!

Our family stayed at this property as a celebration of my completion of my MBA. It was a chance to celebrate and enjoy five days without a schedule. It was a perfect location, great place, and exactly what one would want to enjoy a beach getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Finding this rental listing was easy and convenient! One of very few that did not require a full week’s rental but rather available for a long weekend which is exactly what we needed! The description was spot on accurate! The amenities presented and available were more than generous and met every need we could have possibly needed! This home is beautifully decorated. The location is about as far as you can get from services, but that means it is in a very quiet area. We had one issue during our stay, which the owners handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We'll definitely stay here again if we want to stay on the south end of the island.

This beach location had it all. A few minutes walk to the beach on one side then a few minutes walk to the inland waterway on the other side. Complete with paddle boards, boogie boards and beach chairs with umbrellas. It even had a beach wagon suitable for hauling gear out to the beach. The sand was soft with lots of shells and a very flat beach, I couldn’t ask for more and it was the perfect place to take my 16-year-old daughter for her birthday! I highly recommend walking around the southern undeveloped peninsula as well.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would give 5 stars across the board except I’ve tried unsuccessfully to connect with the owners regarding a shutter that he claims was broken by me. I explained that the shutter was broken when we got there. Waiting on resolution and return of my deposit. Sent several text messages with no reply.

What a lovely place to stay. Ken and Joe really know how to use the space in this home wisely. There’s room for everyone, everywhere. The location is divine for nature lovers and beach goers. Peaceful, beautiful and comfortable… do you need anything else? We cooked all our own meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The generous amount of towels left for guests was very helpful to us. I highly recommend this property.

Everything you could possibly want is already here.
Perfect view. 1 block from beach AND intracoastal waterway. All the toys are here don't bring anything! I mean it. The birdsong and views are the best on the island.
We bought a paring knife and wished for a dish drainer for the pots and pans. But all dishes and cookware are here. The teas and coffees, condiments and spices are here also. It's worth it to come and see first before groceries to know what you don't need. Our 4th trip to Topsail and this was by far the best.

The property was in the perfect location for us as we enjoyed the beach, bike riding and sunsets. The property had plenty of room for all 5 of us and is well stocked with all you need.

The best beach home we’ve been to thus far! We loved all of the amenities that came with the house. The 2 min walk to the quiet peaceful inlet beach for the sunset and the quick 5 min walk to the bigger public beach for the sunrise was what really made the location so wonderful. Communication with property manager was great. We will definitely be back for sure! 💗💗

This beach townhouse was perfect for our family of five! The kiddos loved their bedroom with cute book nook, and fun lofty bed! Great use of space! It was an easy walk to the beach, and close enough to make quick trips back and forth. It was quiet, and cozy! It was a perfect space to relax!
