We had a wonderful experience in Lisa's home! The pictures really don't do the rental justice - it is even more well-decorated and welcoming in person. The rental was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival (early!).
There was plenty of room for our family of six to sleep and play. We loved having 3 bathrooms, and all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable.
We prepared many meals at home and it was SO NICE to have a kitchen that was well stocked and had more of the basics than most (so nice not to have to buy silly things like salt and pepper). Our kids loved playing the board games in the house, and we even read a few of the books that were available.
We loved the location of this property - such a nice view of the lagoon, so close to the pool, and a very short walk across the street to the trolley pickup spot. It was SO NICE not to have to schlep our stuff to the beach... just across the street and our little red trolley gave us and all of our stuff a ride (and Lisa's stuff too... so nice to have beach chairs and towels to use in the rental!). And we loved walking to Harbour Town and did so a number of times.
Lisa was so easy to communicate with, thoughtful, and responsive.
Overall, this was one of our favorite rentals to date. Hoping this review does not mean that Lisa's place is booked forever, because we'd really like to return!

The condo was perfect! Clean and spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location and all the amenities you could hope for. The owners are also great to work with and we’re very accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We stayed three nights in Hilton Head and this home, and it was amazing! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could ever need. So much to do in this area. Our Hostess Lisa was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lisa and Michael’s villa was very nice. Many nice amenities and small touches. Location was great for riding bikes to the beach and Salty Dog. Walking distance from Harbor Town. I communicated with Lisa and she was always available and quick to respond. Highly recommend this villa!

Lisa was attentive from the moment we made our reservation. The Villa was stunning and located in walking (or biking) distance to Harbor Town and biking distance to beaches and Sea Pines Marina.
The Villa is exactly as described. And we enjoyed seeing the alligators and tree frogs!
It was our first time in HH and we would definitely stay here again. Thank You Lisa for your part in a fantastic vacation!!

Fantastic Villa Surrounded by a Lush Backyard
Our group of golfers found this villa to be the perfect place for our golf trip to Hilton Head. Clean, spacious and close to everything, this place can’t be beat! We really enjoyed the back deck and view of the lagoon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, Spacious, and Updated Condo just a short walk to Harbour Town
From the moment we walked into the Villa, we just had a feeling of being at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtful, and comfortable. We really appreciated the 3 large bedrooms, the wonderful view of the lagoon [small alligator included], the spacious dining room, and the well appointed kitchen. It was SO nice having some canned goods and condiments already provided so that we didn't have to rush off to the grocery store as soon as we got there. Such a convenient location too! Short walk to the lighthouse, championship golf course, Stan Smith tennis center, and just a mile or so to the gorgeous Sea Pines Beach Club. We can't say enough good things about this property and owners Lisa and Michael. Just fantastic!!

Very close to golf and tennis courts. The villa is great, nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We absolutely loved the outside deck and the scenery. Lisa was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Overall a wonderful place; it exceeded my expectations and my friends and I had a lovely time.

Great Labor Day weekend at Hilton Head
We have stayed at many different villa's in sea pines. This was definitely one of the nicest ones. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was also a great plus. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our needs especially after we unplugged the wifi by accident and they helped resolve the issue. We will definitely be coming back to this villa.

Beautiful villa close to Harbor Town
We absolutely loved our stay in this well appointed and clean villa. It is beautifully decorated with updated bathrooms and a new AC. It’s modern kitchen and appliances provided everything we needed for meals at home. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies on the incredible tv in the family room with plenty of seating on the sectional. The water from the fridge tastes good (this is something I like to know before I travel). It is located a short walk from Harbor Town, shops, restaurants, and tennis courts. The pool is very large with plenty of seating. We rode bikes to the beach. We found this home to be everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental near the beach. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
