We stayed for 3 weeks during a particularly cold January and still had a good time. The unit was clean, bright and perfect for the two of us. We have one complaint that will probably prevent us from going back to tybee The water coming out of the faucet’s smelled like rotten eggs. At times it was so strong we had to open the unit up to get rid of the smell. Not sure if a filtration system is a possible solution but in its present state we would no stay there agai

A weekend getaway with my 19 year-old daughter, her 20-year old boyfriend and myself found us looking for the perfect spot. This condo was IT. A "kid's bedroom" afforded my daughter and I two very comfortable twin beds while we placed the boyfriend in the master bedroom overlooking the beach. The balcony area is spacious and we had fun watching the cargo ships come by us. We had the perfect location to explore Tybee and Savannah, while remaining secluded from the noise in Savannah. Beautiful walking area and blessed quiet hours at night were just what we needed for this NYE weekend away. A short drive to the pier afforded us fireworks at midnight.

We had a great time. Wonderful location to watch ships and enjoy walks on beach. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Be aware and careful of the waves from the large cargo ships if you go into the water. We also saw dolphins which is always delightful. It is less crowded than the other parts of the island which we liked. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops too.

The condo is located in a convenient area. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The pool areas were very nice and kept clean. We were pleased to see two pools with plenty of comfy chairs. I would say the beach is more than “steps” away and most of walk is on a small sandy path. The beach was awesome and not crowded at all. We found a lot of beautiful shells. Condo management was very responsive to any issues or questions. Condo is on the smaller side but very comfortable for two people. We had a great time and would rent again.

Spotlessly clean unit, everything we needed was there whether it was in the kitchen, bedroom, baths, or living quarters. The bed in the master bedroom was as comfortable as ours at home which was a pleasant surprise. Nice view from the balcony, and we liked that we could access the balcony from the bedroom and living room, and there was plenty of seating on it. Very comfortable condo for two adults. The TVR staff were responsive via email prior to arriving and via phone while there. Easy access to the beach and pool. There are a several gas grills that we did not use but checked them out a few times and each time they were clean even though they had been used the night before. We enjoyed the location at the north end of the beach - away from people and traffic. Yes, it was March but on the one Sunday we were there, we got a sense of how many more people there were in mid-to-south ends of the island vs. the north end. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood to walk in. We had one issue with the tub water that I hate to even mention because it was our fault. We couldn’t get the water to run in spite of pulling hard on the faucet. We were afraid to pull too hard for fear of breaking something. We called and within 20-minutes, James came and gave it a big tug and voila! Water. Just thought I’d pass this on so you know that it’s okay to pull it harder than you think you should.
