The property was clean and tidy, with an excellent layout and everything was at my disposal, including the BBQ cleaning equipment.

The property only had three toilet tissue rolls for 19 people, we had to find the local store and buy our own.

A Very spacious nicely decorated, well maintained accommodating house. Beds were comfortable with plenty of spare pillows and good size wardrobes. Having the mini fridge in the living area was a great bonus too as the main fridge isn’t all that big. Extra living space upstairs is also great too with plenty of couches to relax while reading a book and/or playing some games. Backyard and deck is a awesome space for the kids to play especially with the basketball/netball ring provided.

Unfortunately a couple of things. The stovetop knobs are all worn and had been moved to different spots therefore we had to trial and error to turn the oven on and had no idea on the fan speed and temperature. Only two jets worked on the stovetop. The refrigerator is quite small for a house that size and wasn’t cold as it should be. Only one tea towel was supplied which isn’t ideal when your staying for a week and some more cleaning products like spray and wipe and toilet cleaner would be appreciable.

Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay. It's proximity to the tavern, shop & beach meant we could walk. Being a larger home meant we could all stay together - we all live in different states so having our family together for the first time in 5 years was an absolute blessing.

I am not sure whether you are aware the tap handle in the main bathroom kept falling off. Apart from that we were very happy. Thank you

Location, so great! The backyard is closed in, so if you do have a dog,he/she could be happily outside there.

The inside of the microwave was dirty. The gas stove top is tricky to light, and actually fire-balled into my face, almost burning me. Top floor, the ensuite is situated inside the master bedroom, so anybody sharing the upstairs space will be using that, or overnight, may have to traverse the stairs down to lower bathroom, which could be hazardous.

Enough room with the two living areas. Had all kitchen appliances you need, plenty of cutlery and plates/cups.

BBQ was very dirty so we had to cook inside instead. There was a hole in the fence that my dog got out of within 5 minutes of arriving. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable and springs could be felt.
