This cozy house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms has all the comforts such as unlimited Wi-Fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, a beautiful balcony with incredible views of the sea and Puerto de Mogán, as well as a private solarium with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and shower.
Mogán is a marina full of charm, we call it our "Little Venice", with many great restaurants very close, supermarkets and everything you may need.
It has one of the best climates in the world!

This property is located in a residential area, so all those activities that may disturb the tranquility of the neighbors are strictly prohibited.
A baby up to two years old, spends the night free of charge in a cot. A high chair will be provided. (Both on request).

Location superb, Apartment tired and in need of updating, The apartment was infested with cockroaches on arrival including in the cupboards we had to clean everything. Unable to contact anyone until the following day by which time we had addressed the problem ourselves, No apologies given, The roof terrace was covered in Astro turf which is a breeding zone for the cockroach’s, Overall very disappointing.
