The home was beautiful and comfortable. We came together as a family to celebrate Christmas and my son's Christmas-Birthday. We felt at home in this exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and well stocked home. The kitchen is very spacious, allowing us to cook together while entertaining, using the open floor plan designed. Location is excellent, with many stores to include HEB grocery stores are just minutes away. There were more than enough room to accomodate our family of eight. Parking were available in-front of the garage and on the street. Paula is very kind-hearted, and was very responsive if we had questions. Definiitely will stay again and highly recommend this property. This was my second stay.
PS: During the warmer months the pool will be very enjoyable.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights during Thanksgiving break. Our host Paula was very responsive to our needs and communication was excellent. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Great location easy to get to stores if we needed anything. Very clean and safe. Amenities and pantry were stocked well. We felt at home and so comfortable here. We will book again for our next trip!

Everything about the property was as advertised. Spacious, clean and perfectly suited for our needs. If you ever have a need for accommodations in the Lake Travis area, look up this residence. If we ever have a need again will definitely book.

Lovely, clean and spacious home. We had a glitch using our code at the front door, but was quickly taken care of once we contacted management. Beautiful area, great pool with tons of toys. We were 8 adult family members and this house was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding and couldn't find the iron to touch up our clothes. Management ordered an iron overnight from Amazon. Lot's of windows and light. Great air conditioning. Would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful house to spend the weekend. The master is upstairs. The other bedrooms are down, and thats where we relegated all the children! It was great they had their own tv area downstairs. We loved the pool. The view from the backyard was not the best as the house next was under construction. However there are lots of trees to obscure everything.

Great house in a great location! It was perfect for our group of 8. It was a quick drive to town if we needed anything but far enough way from town that there was deer in the front yard this morning.

The property was really nice. The space was amazing! Our family is large with ages ranging from 3 yrs old , pre teens and Adults! There was something for everyone to do and the space to have fun . The pool was amazing. including games rafts and toddler toys, it made outside fun a must in spite of the 101 temperature. There were lots of towels and a great washer and dryer if we needed . All 4 bedrooms had plenty of space and the master was amazing. 2 large closets and lovely master bathroom . Although the jets were not functioning in the big bathtub, it was still a bright beautiful surrounding to relax in. The open kitchen and living room were also nice. The kitchen had everything you need to cook big family dinners with a nice large Refrigerator. We had some issues with the dishwasher. The top rack needed to be repaired . There was plenty of room for everyone at the dinner table . It was also nice to have a outside grill to make a quick lunch of hotdogs for the kiddos to snack on by the pool. This property was the perfect fit for our family gathering this summer. Hope it will be available for future vacations. Thanks for the great memories we have from staying at this house!

Great house close to Lake Travis and various marinas. We had 6 total in our party and there was plenty of room to spreadout. We enjoyed the pool and the various toys available for use in the shed. Overall a great house, location and we had a wonderful time.

The property was absolutely terrific. We spent a week at the house with our family. The house was very accommodating and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and all of the outside extras, (floats, plenty of seating). Having a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking meals at the house convenient was also a plus. We used the grill several evenings, when we came back from a day of exploring Texas. The beds were very comfortable too! It was definitely a very nice home away from home!

Myself and 7 lifelong best friends stayed at this beautiful home and we more than satisfied with our stay. Paula was an amazing host and her home was amazing. From the lovely upstairs kitchen and living area to the pool in the backyard, we really enjoyed our stay.

A comfortable & quite rental near Lake Travis. The house is set in a quite neighborhood with views of the hills behind and some lake views in the front. Nice, nice airy and bright with vaulted ceilings in the great room/kitchen. Plenty of seating and for relaxing and dining. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find utensils, pots, pans & etc. Bedrooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. A downstairs bonus room gave a place for the kids and teens to hang out near the pool. The house was exactly as described in the listing and the photos are accurate. Communication with the owner/manager was great. Easy to follow instructions for check in and out and they were responsive via the app and able to answer any questions we had.

This property was perfect for us. We had a great weekend with friends in Hudson Bend near Lake Travis while staying at this excellent property. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We did not take advantage of the nice pool because the weather did not permit. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to the outdoor deck, which made it easy to prepare and enjoy our meals and social interactions. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider this property on our next visit.

Exceeded expectations !
To start, this house is even better in person. A group of 5 adult women found this house to be amazing during our stay. We loved being poolside and had so much space within the home which was also kept very nice and up to date. Paula was in communication with me anytime i needed to text her about any questions i had. I highly recommend if you are considering to stay here, that you do! We will definitely be going back. The house is also very baby friendly! This was a girls trip for a friends bachelorette but the house is equipped with a separate bedroom that has a crib, a pack and play, high chair, baby jumper, and baby float devices for the pool.

Everything was perfect! Everything is labeled so you can not only find everything, but make sure to put it back into in the right spot.
The location is perfect! A quick Uber trip downtown, and just around the corner from lake Travis, a perfect place to spend the day on a boat.
The home is located in a place that delivers groceries and anything else you need is right around the corner.
Paula is a fantastic host who was quick to respond to any and all questions.
Will totally stay there again if on the area!

This house was perfect!! It’s so big, perfect layout and clean!!! From floating in the beautiful pool all day to watching a gorgeous sunset from the upper deck….it was all perfect! The house is fully stocked from the kitchen to towels to bedding! All you need to bring is friends!! We loved it!

The layout of the house was excellent. 4 bedrooms and not crowded at all with 7 people. Open plan, good spaces for eating, drinking, sitting and sleeping. Outdoor deck overlooking the pool and a great area next to the pool under the deck to hide from the sun. A few minor downsides: The kitchen was a little underequipped (minimal place settings, silverware and glasses) and the microwave was very temperamental. I have also never rented a house that didn't have a booklet with general house instructions and information about the immediate area.

The property is as advertised, and our stay was very pleasant One must have a car there as most dining venues and recreation sites are not within walking distance. A walk in the area is nice though. Beds are comfy. House might need updates soon but all good for a family Easter getaway!
