There was nothing we didn’t like !

The premises are absolutely beautiful, the accommodation provided is spacious and welcoming, from the tips left by the landlords, to fully equipped kitchen. Sitting at the balcony in the morning and adoring the view was absolutely magical. Truly high standard.

The Landlords forgot about my booking which was paid in advance and left for holidays with no prior message. When I arrived quite late in the evening, the property was empty and dark, with no access provided. I tried to contact Booking but the range was too weak. Finally I asked neighbours for help, they summoned the relatives and I managed to get in, after almost two hours of uncertainty and anxiety. I was promised full reimbursement which never happened. While I was able to finally get in, without the hassle of finding alternatives which weren't many or easily available, I feel this is not the way to treat your guests. I tried to contact the property before submitting this review but in vain, never responded to my messages via booking.com and calls get redirected to the automatic machine. I will be happy to hear some explanation or apology from the landlords (the relatives who helped me were very kind and apologetic) UPDATE: Following this review, the Landlords have contacted with me and processed the payment. Thank you very much.

Easy to access with a keylock. Spacious and very clean. We couldn’t use the little balcony because of the weather but it looked lovely with a countrside view. The apartment was very well set up. We thought the road might be noisy but it wasn’t at all.

Absolutely brilliant wee spot, so clean and fresh! Everything you could need and we had the best sleep, really comfortable bed.

squeaky bed , squeaky door , some of the cutlery provided not clean . no extractor fan for the cooking hub provided. streaming service very bad . first night managed to get youtube working for a while second night tv not connecting to wifi from main house. , no curtain on glass door to the balcony. heasting controled from the main house and the appartment got cold at certain times of the day. mentioned to the host but nothing changed. but LOVED THE VELUX. LOVED LOVED LOVED.
