Everything about the property is wonderful! It was quiet and calming! We had a relaxing stay and spent hours sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

Loved that the house was very centrally located. Easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Check in and out process was easy. Beautiful view!

Absolutely beautiful property. This was our first time on St. Croix, and I'm so glad we picked this property. It's location is perfect for which ever direction your activities take you for the day. We loved exploring in the morning and afternoon and then coming back for dinner in the well stocked kitchen and spending time in the pool. My husband and Son-in-law loved being able to walk down and fish so close to the house. If we ever make it back to St. Croix, this will be at the top of our list to book.

Disclaimer: been visiting STX almost annually for 20y. The most quiet and remote spot I've stayed at by far. Great home. Better suited to families with older (independent) kids. Location was the best to head in any direction. Beautiful interior layout and positioned very well on the beach. The walkway opens up to the beach where debris was present making it difficult to wade but a few yards away it is quite pleasant. Absolutely recommend for 1st time visitors and seasoned guests.

Great place, Great location on the Island. North shore was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We would definitely stay again in Another Day in Paradise.

Spent nine nights at this beautiful house on the beach with my wife. This was our 50th Anniversary trip and it did not disappoint. Having coffee on the deck each morning watching the sunrise was a gorgeous sight. The pool was a great relief from the afternoon sun; but also the short walk down to the beach was very enticing. We snorkled almost everyday and saw many fish, urchins and sea fans. We didn't need the AC unit as we had a cool breeze every evening: but there are two units if you need them. Our favorite restaurant during our stay was "Hamilton's" in Christiansted; but we also enjoyed El Leon (great fish tacos) on the Christiansted boardwalk and Six Nine Restaurant tucked in off the Frederiksted boardwalk. We also had some great drinks at the Mill on the Christiansted boardwalk. We visited the Botanical Gardens of The Virgin Islands on a self guided tour which turned out to be very interesting as it use to be an operating sugar plantation. We were disappointed that the Cruzan Rum Factory was closed due to rennovations (next time); but you are able to purchase it along with the Mutiny Voldka at most stores on the island.The Flyers Restaurant has closed at the Salt River Marina and moved to the Frederiksted boardwalk. David was a great host and his cleaning crew made sure the house was in pristine condition before our arrival. He provides lounge chairs and an umbrella for use below the pool as the pictures show. Nothing to complain about: just Another Day in Paradise

Had a great time at this beautiful beach house. My wife and I, and our two friends stayed the week, and couldn't have asked for anything more. The pool was heated which made it very nice when we wanted to do a pool day instead of a beach day. sunrises on the outside porch are beautiful. Thanks again!

David is a wonderful host. We had a snafu with the AC in the second bedroom & he took care of it quickly. I am picky about cleanliness in hotels and VRBOs. His housekeeping crew is wonderful. The house was very clean. We loved that beach towels & plenty of other linens are provided. It was great to have dish soap, shampoo & other supplies to get started. This property is on a very natural beach. We loved it, but it would be tough to manage with little ones or the elderly. Depending on what conditions have been prior to your arrival, the path from the concrete walk to the actual beach is a bit steep & rocky. If seaweed bothers you, you may not be pleased here. Having said that, I'll restate that we loved it and it didn't bother my boys, my husband or me. Some reviews mention it and I think it's a matter of perspective - we live on the East Coast & the beaches of NC and VA are wild and free in a lot of places and that's what we're used to! It's private, quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend the nighttime bioluminescent kayak tour by Bush Tribe that is a quick 2 minutes away by car. You must have dinner at The Chicken Shack & book an excursion to Buck Island. There is decent snorkeling in front of the house; there is great snorkeling 12 minutes away at Cane Bay Beach along with The Landing restaurant at Cane Bay that is great. The house is convenient to just about everything! Hang out in town then come back home to tranquility.

We had a wonderful trip! We’ve have been to the island the past three years and this was by far our most favorite rental. The house is as promised, it is beautiful, clean, and the David was very responsive when we needed him. Location is perfect for we could get to any side of the island in a short time. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning watching the ocean waves. The sea breeze was beautiful at night to help keep pesky biting bugs away and we enjoyed our evenings listening to the ocean sounds. The kitchen was nicely stocked for the meals we cooked. David also supplied some beach towels and chairs which was helpful for planning what to pack as those things are bulky and heavy to travel with. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would love to stay again here on our travels back in the future 😊

Great location, great house, and the views are stunning! Everything that you need is provided and we had a wonderful time snorkeling in front of the house!

The home was exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect for us. Unbelievable views and breeze, we ate every meal on the veranda. Perfect kitchen for those who love to cook at home. The location is ideally equidistant to Christiansted and Fredrikstead although we found crane bay to be our favorite area to hangout and relax. You absolutely must dine at Ama at cane bay and if you came to dive and fish definitely call Capt. Shane at Blue Canyon Charters, 100% pro. The home owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We are planning our return already in May.

We just returned from a week at this lovely property and it does not disappoint! It is exactly as described in the listing. It is extremely private and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. We loved having the pool and we swam and snorkeled right in front of the villa. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean. The location is very central to any part of the island. It is a little remote but that is something we enjoyed about it but you should know you really need a car so you can get to restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property!

The property was clean, beautiful and in a great location. We were not too far from town, but far enough away to feel like you are on your own private island.

Enjoyed location the location right off the beach. Enjoyed the pool. Enjoyed the sunrise on the balcony!

We LOVED our stay here! It was quiet and peaceful! Everything was so clean and you can beat the view. The location was central to many activities on the Island. We drove all over the island all week and didn’t refill the tank until we were on the way to the airport. It’s a truly pleaceful place! Don’t miss the kayaking tour of the nearby Salt River Bioluminescent Bay! The only negative for us was that steep tile stairs. I didn’t like the kids coming down the stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. This house wouldn’t work with an older person or a toddler but it’s perfect for families with older children. We loved it!!

My family is the adventurous type. We do not do the all inclusives, ever. If you are the same, I would say this property is probably the most perfect. Believe it or not, there are not many homes on the beach, if you want beach access you have to stay in a resort. This is one of the reasons we loved this home. It’s on a private gated road, with 3 other houses on the entire road and beach access. The views are endless and beautiful. It’s also pretty cool how Columbus stepped foot on St. Croix just a couple hundred yards away from the home. There is really nothing negative I can say about the home. Great central location. It’s very new construction. Great location. Private beach access. A pool if you want to take a dip in fresh water. The AC cools the rooms off in approximately 3 minutes but we also enjoyed and took advantage of the Carribbean breeze! David communicated fantastic, he makes you feel right at home and honestly a great guy to deal with! We treated his home as if it was ours, and we had no problems at all.

Private, safe, beautiful! Thankful for the option to have a/c! My husband and I were sitting on our very beautiful private beach one morning, and a sea turtle swam right past us about 5 feet off shore! Yes there's some seaweed, but one day was clear and it depends on the season and the weather! If you look at the whole picture that is minuscule! Would definitely rent this place again!

Property and David are just as great as all previous reviews conveyed. David provided prompt responses and resolution to any concerns. Property as described, seaweed previously mentioned by other guest was present during our visit, however this is not any fault of David - just a natural process of our ecosystem - Many other properties I have stayed at from the Gulf of the US to other Caribbean sites during this time of year yield the same result (so keep that in mind). We brought our paddle boards and current too strong in front of home but north beaches of island make for an idyllic experience, pool clean, home and linens clean. During the summer months keep in mind the extra cost of A/C. I reside along the coastline of South Carolina and am very accustomed to humid summers, St. Croix was more humid and so the A/C was a must for us (so keep the cost in mind). Highly recommend the property and David when visiting the island!

We were lucky not know the island, as it was our first visit, we landed on this property. It is very central on the north side. It was about 15 min to either larger city on the island. My suggestions is to rent a jeep to tour some off road places. Such a beautiful place and island too. One thing to research is this time of year (June) there is a lot of sea weed on the north side. It was not terrible but it something you should be aware of. David was awesome with response to a very minor issue and it was taken care of quickly. Thanks!!

The pool is an excellent addition, especially since the sargassum that often washes up can make the beach difficult to enjoy. Be aware that, with the exception of the west side of St. Croix, the trade winds blow constantly. We enjoy paddle boarding so we ended up driving to the calmer, west side of the island to do that. Ask David about having Chef Julianna prepare a welcome dinner upon your arrival. It’s an excellent way to start your stay. Take a beautiful drive west along North Shore Rd and you’ll find a couple of laid back beach-side bars and restaurants at Cane Bay, or treat yourself to a sunset dinner at AMA at Cane Bay. Be sure to ask David about how AC charges are handled. His villa made for an excellent home base for our two weeks on St Croix.

If you are looking for a Villa that has gorgeous views and immediate access to the ocean, you want to be here. We were so pleased with this property. In a gated community with only 2 other homes near by, we were not bothered by noise and felt secure. The living space and kitchen area were spacious and new. It was perfect for 4 people. It has the ability to sleep 6 but the kitchen bar, dining and outdoor table were meant for 4. We daily ate on the back porch and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. You are located between Christiansted and Frederiksted with easy access to kayaks and a nice restaurant called Flyers at the marina. The primary bed was better than ours at home! Fishing off shore was not ideal due to shallow water but it was enjoyable to try. Snorkeling was safe though because of the shallow water. Loved the small beach area past the pool to enjoy without walking all the way down to the ocean water. David was great to work with. Answered all our questions and made the experience wonderful. We highly recommend this location.
