The house was a perfect place to reconnect with family that haven't been together in quite some time. It was a good base of operations for Disney, the water park, wide choice of local dining and conveniently located to Walmart. I would suggest that for a house that can accommodate 12 people the kitchen could be better equipped with pots, pans & dishes. Fotunately, we brought some large pots & a strainer with us, as well as beach towels.

Know before you go! Pictures of the awesome game/theater room are great! It’s actually a joke! AC wasn’t working during our entire stay, which made the room 95 degrees. Projector didn’t have access to streaming services and DVD player didn’t have any DVD’s. PS4 on the wall looks awesome, but no games, so another bust. The race car game was fun, but the steering wheel on the right car is broken. Let’s not forget that you can’t stand to be in the room longer than 10 minutes without breaking out into a sweat. The kitchen was a joke, completely understocked. Couldn’t cook anything. Not even to the worse part yet, but we will get to there. No pool towels! Nice pool. No towels. Guess they want us to just air dry. Well the sand all around the pool was nice with the dead palm trees and dying landscaping. Let’s talk about the cheap cheap cheap management company. Only one dishwasher pod per 4 night stay. No coffee filters No dish soap No shampoo No soap No laundry soap. Only one role of TP per bathroom One Paper towel roll I asked for a few more essentials and I was told NO! So we have to make a target run on our vacation to buy what should have been included. The carpet upstairs was completely disgusting!!! Old matted stained carpet. Anyways, I’m DONE! Terrible place, terrible management company! Nothing personal. Never renting from Magical again!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER
