Worst Hotel. They charged extra money. My booking was with breakfast but they didn't provide. It was very Cold and I asked for a Blanket but they didn't provide

I didn't like a single thing about the hotel and stay, the reception person was rude and took advantage of our situation as we reached late night, then he refused to give the room at the same rate we booked for, and asked to book through Oyo or directly.

We booked the room through booking.com at around 400 but he didn't check in us at the same rate instead asked for 500 more, so the total room cost was 900, and the room was so small, not the TV was working, and the condition of room was not up to the standard. Since we were travelling late night and he took advantage of that and we had to book directly at 900 for that kind of room. I'll never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

The room was si small that one could hardly move. Smelly 🤢leakage.. Bathroom was dirty and unhygienic to and extent that one could easily get 😷sick!!!

It is a really good location, just near the Crossroads Mall. It is very inexpensive compared to its good location. The staffs were very nice and friendly here.

Complimentary breakfast was not given even though it was written like that.

Nothing to like except the property owner behaviour

Booking.com cheated me in this booking. Property description shown in the app is wrong. This property has no apartment with kitchenette or even simple apartment while app booked two apartments with kitchenette for me and my friends. While checking in I was shocked to find out the fact. Tried to contact number given at app many times but of no use. Finally had to stay in classic rooms of 10x10. Hardly adjusted and had to face ackward situation in front of my friends. Shame on booking.com first for wrong description on site and secondly for not hearing to my issue. Please give me refund for this entire booking.

All the staff members and the facilities were excellent. I will stay here when I will come Dehradun again.
