The staff member of reception tried very hard to be helpful. The location is good for the university.

Other than the young man at the reception, the staff were unsmiling and unwelcoming. The wifi was poor and the state of maintenance at the hotel was poor .

The location is okay, the receptionist and the entire staff are very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious well cleaned with a very strong bed neatly dressed with plenty of pillows. The room's interior decoration is beautiful. It is hard to hear noise from the outside. The bathroom is very big, neat and smiles well. The stable internet (WiFi) is very stable.

My only issue has to do with the water, it was not functioning at the time.

The water heater was not working. As a sports fan, I could not have any of my favourite sports games because there was no TV channel for me for that purpose.
