Sitio sin bulla, estás solo, no escuchas a los vecinos, bonito el apartamento
La ducha estaba terriblemente sucia, parece que llevan meses sin lavarla, tenía moho negro y todo.

The apartment is located in a peaceful residental area which is much quiet than the busy riverside areas. The host was very responsive. We found that the microwave oven was broken and not functioning, and the host did replace a new one for us on the same day we report the issue.
The toilet is bright and clean but it would be even nicer to install small shelf and hooks for the toothbrushs, towels, and other small items.
It would be prefect to provide a washing machine either within the apartment or the outer common area.

The apartment is very well located, just two tram stops from the city center, in a quiet area, and exactly as shown in the photos. We really appreciated the welcome details such as the wine and cookies, as well as the security system with both a key and code access.
As for the negative points, the upstairs sleeping area was quite warm since there was no air conditioning, although opening the window helped a lot. Also, when we arrived, the bathroom was quite dirty and looked as if construction work had recently been done. The dishwasher was not working, and the TV had very limited channels available. It would have also been better to have more towels provided for a five-day stay.

Nicely renovated traditional “Ilha” from Porto. 10-15 walk from town centre. Cosy and good use of space. Fitted with pretty much everything you need. Received a welcoming bottle of wine and some biscuits :)
Sound isolation is poor so you can hear your neighbors. Mattress wasn’t great.
