Not sure why you ask about breakfast, it was not included. The unit we stayed in was quite comfortable, although the mattress was not so comfortable on one side -- it had a hump. We liked the closeness to the ocean, the pool and hot tub. The TV's were nice as well. Did not use the kitchen much, but did notice that the garbage disposal was locked up. My husband (who is a general contractor) fixed it however. It was really nice having two bathrooms.

Maria was awesome. There was a problem with a bed in our original unit and she upgraded us at no charge to a much bigger, nicer unit that had exactly what we needed. I really appreciated her help and attention to detail!

Not much. It could’ve used a few more board games, books, features like that for entertainment while in the condo. But it really was great.

We have stayed there for years and various love rooms but this time it was really good except the shower didn't have any pressure. Just and over 20 minutes to get the soap off

Very clean and comfortable. They provide towels and had a washing machine and dryer.

Condo was a little aged and doors did not lock.

Room 113 had no hot water in kitchen and water coming up threw the floor it was odd that it had a throw rug on top of it.they said they had to turn the water off to the hole facility to fix so we had no hot water in kitchen all week. And walking in water in kitchen. Our room 210 the TV just went off when it wanted to. They could not fix that either. But when I asked for some of my money back they act like I was trying to be some kind of crook.

The room was fantastic! It had every thing you need and didn't need. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well kept and up to date with everything.The staff ( Maria) was very helpful and friendly there was even complimentary coffee. All you need to do is stop at the grocery store for your necessities. Than begin to plan your stay and relax and enjoy! Beach is right outside your door if you dont want to do the beach just walk out to the clubhouse into the heated pool, hot tub/jacuzzi or even the sauna. The kids or adults also have the use of beautiful basketball courts and well lit tennis courts til 10PM. I like it so much I stayed another few nights. Unfortunately I had to switch rooms due to booking. So look for the next review on the next room.

One problem was the dishwasher either didn't work properly so I tried to clean the dishes the best I could only because I didn't realize it until check out time and cleaning staff was at the door at 9:45. Other than that hiccup I highly recommend my host whomever that was and also her friend who lived a few doors down. She was also very kind and helped my son with basketball courts.

The staff was so welcoming. The maintenance gal (Jan) was always there to help whoever needed anything. She went above and beyond and even gave me some ointment and Epsom salts after I burned the bottom of my feet in the hot sand on the beach. The accommodations were wonderful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great. The beach access was conveniently outside the back of the resort where the barbecue grills were and the tennis courts and basketball court was always open . We had a beautiful ocean view and can’t wait to go back.

Location is great. very quiet and not crowded. Parking is included and nearby. The beach is very close. Facilities are a tiny bit old but not a big deal. Basketball court was fun. Condo was a bit old, but it was clean and comfortable enough, it was also well furnished. Its good value for money. Didn't interact a lot with the staff (except to do some changes), so no real feedback to provide from that perspective.

The location. We had a room with ocean view in both the living room and master bedroom. It was amazing.

Absolutely love the location on a quieter part of the beach. We’ve been at this resort before and love the convenience of a decently equipped kitchen and proximity to shops. Property is pretty clean.

Nothing major, the sliding patio door with the mesh was catching a little. Lack of extractor fan in the bathroom.

Beachfront property with secure easy access to beach, pool and club room. More of a homey feel rather than a cold rental property. We had a one bedroom with two baths which was great. Covered parking if you desire which is great when it’s hot! Great location! We even got to see a Space X launch from the beach. The handywomen, Jan, was interesting and informative!

The view from the room, the cleaness of the facility, distance to the beach.

The pool was crispy. The previous years it was warmer.

The kitchen was everything.What ever I didn't bring it was there.Every thing made me feel at home.

The bed could have been better but everything was great. I left things as well that other people could use every one put in on making things great I loved that.

Its was perfect size and a great location. Everything was super close

They were doing construction on the building nest to us. They started jack hammering everyday at 730 so we never really a good sleep while were down there.
