Zohar was a great host and the house was exactly as advertised. Very windy and on the first day the pool guy came to clean out the debris. We had a great time with all the games and space along with a quick trip to the strip.

Our stay was one for the memory books. The host was easy to work with and everything in the home was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my friends had an amazing time. The backyard is amazing, house is beautiful, and you’ll have way more fun staying here with tons of friends than a hotel on the strip. Its only a 10 minute uber driver away from the strip also. Only complaint is the air hockey table didnt work at all, but thats small and isn’t a big deal. Had a blast. Thank you!

We really enjoyed sour stay at this property and will 100% be back again! The house is exactly what we expected and did not disappoint. There were tons of games inside and out for keeping everyone entertained and having a great time. The kitchen has a great long table for bigger groups and the kitchen is fully stocked. AC worked great in the hotter temps and all of the rooms were comfortable. Pillows, blankets and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and updated. Garage was great for storing seadoos on trailer during the night and there was plenty of parking. The only single con I can mention is the lack of lighting in the backyard once the sun went down around the outdoor game area. This may be intentional to keep the noise down at night but I can imagine during winter months that this would be a bummer early in the even. However, I also did not reach out to management to ASK if we were just missing a switch…so it may not actual be an issue. And considering our many experiences renting…if this was our only issue, that’s pretty great! The gift of champagne and treats bucket, personalized note, sanitizer, and disposable masks were all a great greeting when walking in the door. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described, clean and offered so much. All ages were entertained. The back yard was such an oasis. It was our perfect spot for some quality family time.

The house is exactly as the pictures show and even better. 15 minutes from the strip. Everything you need is within 3 miles, and I do mean everything! Just awesome :-)

More beautiful in person. Nice and quiet neighborhood… about 10 minutes from all the activities on the strip. I would definitely recommend!

My experience renting this property was really nice! Only thing that made me uncomfortable was the fact that the owner explained to me that he had a bad experience once before with people partying and being loud. The owner kept reminding me that this was not a party house when I had already understood that and I confirmed and verified who was on this vacation with me. 5 adults including my 78 yr old mother and 7 children. We did not come to party at all and I had to repeat that to the owner to many times!! It made me a little apprehensive and some what uncomfortable and I explained that to him as well!! He was extremely paranoid and he put that worry on me!! That was the only bad part about this rental experience!! We took great care of his property and did some extra cleaning and also put his garbage cans out to the curb for him. He could also offer early check in and late check out sometime! I had to ask! Size and space of the house was great. Bathrooms were well liked by all. Kitchen well stocked. Activities in house appealed to a wide range of people. Was very hot during stay so inside temp of house was challenging at times in evening. Pool was great, but needed to be cleaned multiple times per day due to palm tree locations & wind. No lounge type chairs by pool. Location of home was just ok (will need a car). Definitely a great place to stay if you want multiple activities to keep people busy. Owner was very responsive.

Everything from the arrival to departure was 100% as expected, and communication with the unit owner was expedient and appropriate. We would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing great time while visiting Las Vegas.

House was Incredibly clean and definitely made us feel safe in this pandemic.An amazing staycation home. The house is very spacious and has many things for everyone to do. There were 3 families staying in this home so there was a total of 12 people and the house still felt huge for all of us. The house was super clean and well organized. The neighborhood is a great location, nice and quiet. It is only about 20 minutes away from the strip but very close to grocery stores and retail stores. The backyard was the highlight of the home. We spent most of our family bonding time in the backyard. There's a huge chess game and connect 4 to play with, a swimming pool with a hot tub, a half basketball court, a little putting green, and sauna. The backyard also has a bunch of lounging areas. You can lounge on the pool chairs under the umbrella, in the cabana. There is also a dining table under a canopy that has a ceiling fan and light to have lunch and/or dinner by the pool. The different games inside the home were such a pleasure as well. We had many competitions with one another on each of the games. The house was always so loud because we were having too much fun. The gym had 4 machines available to use which was great! The gym has a matted floor which is a plus because there's a bit extra space in there to do other workouts that doesn't require the use of a machine. Also, the gym has an AC which was amazing because it gets pretty hot in there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, they had everything we needed. The beds are all super comfortable, as well as the bedding. There's a Roku TV in each room as well as the living room and the gym. The couch in the living room is great, it's very big and comfortably fit everyone to watch a movie together. The kitchen is very spacious. It has a huge dining table that sits many people. There are many pots and pans that are available to use, as well as plates and utensils. Everything is labeled in the kitchen so it was easy to find things. There's also an extra fridge in the garage if you need more room to store food. Zohar was an outstanding communicator. He responded right away whenever I had questions or concerns. Zohar never hesitated to give us a call whenever we needed help on how to operate things around the house. Zohar is highly recommended to everyone, his home feels like home away from home. His hospitality is undeniably great and I will sure be back in the near future.
