Apartment had a roach, roof was leaking and you couldn’t spend an hour without somebody knocking for something that could have been a call. It was awful

The individual rooms are owed and operated by individuals. Who will contact you after booking. No wifi as promised. The couch in the room was soaked wet from hand cleaning. Holes in the bed spread. It's simply not worth the money. I had to move out to another Hotel. After 2 nights. Room D211

Constant issues with the wifi The position of the tv was not cool and it wasn’t even a smart tv, considering that there was wifi for the apartment. For every second I needed the mirror, I had to go into the bathroom, no mirror in the whole room.

The apartment block was lovely and the decor is really nice. The room was also nicely decorated and clean to what the eye could see

The bed was extremely soft. You sink into it. The cleaner left the cleaning equipment on the balcony and the satalite tv didnt work but i didnt spent too much time in the room so not a big issue

Beautiful modern space. Quiet environment and friendly staff. The apartment had all the amenities one can need for a comfortable stay. the food at the restaurant was also tasty.

The TV was bit small and not a smart TV.

Location was perfect around the KIA. Very neat room and excellent Wi-fi service. Facilities needed for comfort in rooms provided with option for cooking if interesting.

The host was exceptionally rude. I arrived at Embassy Gardens quite late at night c11pm, on entering there was a wall lizard/gecko in the room. The host was informed and proceeded to imply it was my fault that reptile was in the room. I asked to be moved to a different room, response was that none were available and that she would send security to remove the reptile. The idea of a security guard coming into the room at 11pm to capture a reptile that can run up walls and ceilings was ridiculous. Nevertheless the guard came and he could not see or get to the reptile as it had disappeared behind the bed headboard. He admitted that there was little that he could do, so he left. I went online to look for another r oom at another hotel, on searching Embassy Gardens came up again as having an available room for the night. I therefore booked. I packed my items and went to the front desk, who called a host, to my surprise it was the same host i originally dealt with. She proceeded to advise that no rooms were available despite the fact that i had a confirmation email that a room was booked. She then proceeded to blame me for the security guard leaving and not being able to catch the reptile. I had to raise my voice at her and remind her i was a paying customer who had paid for a room in full and that my expectation was that i would not be sleeping in a room with a reptile scurrying along the wall and ceiling. She then spoke with front desk receptionists and somehow conjured another room for the night and promising they will take care of everything the following day. Why did she not do that from the outset??? On this basis i will not recommend this venue to anyone. There were a number of other things related to the restaurant not having most of the food listed on the menu to the hygiene of the male rest rooms where across consecutive days there was no soap or toilet paper.
