It has an atmosphere of trying hard to be fancy but the level of comfort is quite poor. Ex. Bathroom has a bidet but not functional. To turn off the light you have to find all the switches which is all over the place.

The room was large with big fridge and the pool on roof very nice.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The security guard opens the door before you even get to the door . Offered us umbrella when it was raining. In my book, that's great service. The room is large with fanciful decors. It has a mini kitchenette with a hot plate, mini fridge, plates, bowls, electric kettle, and kitchen wares. The water pressure is much better than I have at home. Hot water to your heart desire. It has a rooftop pool and restaurant. Great place to watch sunset or sunrise. It's walking distance to SM mall but recommend taking tricycle because it's too hot to walk. It will set you back 100 pesos.

A better free breakfast offering can go a long way.

The staffs are very accommodating and the foods are good for its price. The room we have stayed in is clean and complete from toiletries, to appliance and dinnerwares. Overall, we are very satisfied and will recommend the place to everyone who will stay in Clark. Definitely will stay here in our next visit. Kudos to the Staffs and Management.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast although in the reviews we read the people were not satisfied with theirs. We thought it was good. It was not a buffet as most are here but still good.

The pictures that were hanging in the rooms and throughout the hotel were more for 18–20-year-old boys or perverted old men. They were pictures of scantily clad women. If the hotel wants to be a sex palace for the foreigners that come just for that then it needs to be pointed out on the site somewhere. But for adults that are coming to visit the Philippines for its great culture and wonderful people, the pictures were distasteful.

Complimentary Breakfast was ok. could have better selection. Order from the Breakfast menu. other then that . Excellent.

Breakfast options are less and not able to eat foreigners, room size is less.

The receptionist is not physically, mentally professional..the place is nice but the attitude of the people working inside is kind like they just woke up and without preparation they're working at the "hotel".
