Manager was extremely rude, he wouldn't allow me to leave a piece of luggage when I went to go get the $50 cash deposit

Everything was either bad or broken. The bathroom overflowed and the water got in the entire room.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke when I asked for non smoking room.. no remote for TV no blanket on the bed we left I asked for my money back and they said no..we didn't even stay

I payed for a week stay for a friend who found himself without a home and possibly living in his car. It cost me , I believe over $450.00 for 7 days. He stayed one day. I was never reimburused

Very bad accomodations terrible staff and staffs daughter charged me and early fee for two days when booked the Two days at once..and thru our s belonging I left on the lobby desk Wich I called within 10 minutes and was thrown in the garbage by the workers dad who is the manager..instead of putting up behind the counter somewhere..there should be a lost and found...and the early check I was told was 8 not 80 and they suckered me into agreeing to 80 when she knew I couldn't hear her thru the thick bullet proof glass..I feel terribly violated by this situation..will never go back there and don't recommend anyone or anything to stay there..they'll scam you

The toilet was nasty. It was backed up and clogged up. The tub was so dirty and looked a mess that my husband didn’t even want to touch it.

There was roaches and food in the floor. And poop in the toilet when i walked in the room.

Front desk person was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Made a big difference in this situation.

The staff at the front desk was rude to me but extremely nice to my husband. And then charged me $40 for early check in and $60 deposit then only gave me a receipt for my $40 early check in then she tried to say that we didn't pay $60 for the deposit and only gave me $40 back. They charge you for every little thing. If you book with them for another night you have to pay $25 to stay in the same room or check out and wait til 3 pm to check back in or pay a $40 early check in even though you are re-booking for another night. It's ridiculous.

There was no attendee on site when we arrived. I had to wait 20 minutes for a person to come help me get my key. Then I was told we will have no water for 10 minutes. That turned out to be off for 2 hours, no hot water. The sheets had stains on them, and we had no towels . I had to walk back to the main entrance and saw the security guy who was helping me navigate in a drug infested and homeless parking lot. The tenants were strung out and sleeping and loitering about. It was the most unsafe place that I have ever been.i asked for towels twice didn't get towels till 2 am. The absolute worst experience ever. I was concerned for my welfare
