Spacious, centrally located, affordable rental. Short bike ride from beaches, shopping, restaurants. Woke up to gators swimming in the pond and deer wandering around the pond. Back deck area beautiful and great for waking up and drinking your coffee on the outside table and chairs. Great for a large group of people of all ages. Would rent again without thinking twice.

It was an overall great trip! There was plenty of room for family of 7 to stay. Pool was the highlight! Not enough toiletries and trash bags provided.

This is a lovely large condo that worked very well for our family. Checking in was easy and the communication from the owner was EXCELLENT. And we absolutely loved the peaceful lagoon setting and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable unit for our family. Nicely decorated. Could use some updating to take it to the next level. Overall a great place to stay.

Great house. The patio was spacious and fun to relax and look out over the lagoon. It was a quick bike ride to the beach or in to town. Would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and very nice. Owner was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would change is the description says this is a 4 min walk to beach…it is not. It’s a short drive but definitely not a short walk.

We had a wonderful week with our family at this condo! Everything was clean & ready when we arrived! The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need for the week! The beach pass made it nice to be able to drive close to the beach access/restrooms & park. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

We have issues with trash cans being full and open when we arrived but the owners sent people out to take care of everything. Loved having g coffee on the back patio watching the gators. Very quiet area but a short drive to the beach. The kids rode their bikes to the beach each day. Perfect vacation home

The kitchen was more than adequately stocked! There's even a loaner closet with beach chairs, toys and sand carts. Christine was a fabulous communicator and was always available if we had questions. She offered many recommendations from food to bike rentals. Biking was by far the best means of transportation. There was limited parking at the beach access so if you need to drive there, go early. The overflow was a bit of a walk. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of the villa and HHI. We would definitely return if we ever need a place with this much space.

The villa was spacious and beautiful! The location was perfect, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Watching the alligators and all the beautiful birds on the lagoon was amazing!

Walking in exceeded our expectations as it was very clean and roomy and we loved our view of the lake from our patio. Included all the amenities which made it that much easier and the communication from our booking was great!

I found this rental on VRBO after an exhaustive search for the perfect place for a family wedding. We had people coming from a few states and wanted a place we could visit and this was the idyillic. The rental was so spacious and having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly. Loved sitting outside having coffee in the morning and the beautiful view. Location was ideal to venture out anywhere on the island. Nothing seemed too far away. We planning on going back in the fall and spend more time venturing out. Kim couldn't not of been any nicer and was in contact prior to our visit, confirmed we got in and everything was good and then ensuring we enjoyed our trip. I have rented numerous times from VRBO but this has to be one of the best communications I've ever had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, it was perfect.

Had a great week. The house was great with ample room for 8 adults. The beach is right up the street accessible by walking or short drive. The few questions we had were immediate taken care of by the owner. Amazing customer service.

Wonderful condo. So many amenities that made it seem like being in our own home. Extremely easy to go to and from the beach. Extremely comfortable and a great trip overall.

We enjoyed staying in this condo in June 2020. The condo was in excellent condition and was very clean upon our arrival. It actually felt bigger in person than in the pictures. There was ample space for two families with 4 adults and 3 children to spread out. Communication regarding the property was great--they checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit includes beach chairs, some beach toys, a beach umbrella, and 2 bikes you can use. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or you could bike it in half the time. It is also possible to drive to the beach, and the unit includes a parking pass for the private beach parking. The parking lot does fill up early though. The lagoon view is beautiful, but be aware there are several alligators that live in it and they do come onto land near the unit. Just something to be cautious of, especially if you are traveling with young children. The pool was closed due to COVID-19 during our stay, so we were disappointed to not have access to a pool during our visit, but we just went to the beach a little more instead. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
