Wonderful location and what a place so quirky and peaceful. We are already looking to rebook. Perfect location and the hosts were amazing and communication was spot on. We felt we had our own little hideaway for the weekend with everything on our doorstop if needed. Thank you to Paul and Mary we truly loved it ❤️

one of the best places to stay in. Chorlton. loads of nice touches and decaf coffee provided top service. The bath was amazing and soo nice to soak away the travel.

The location was perfect, and there were plenty of restaurants/pubs/bars also within walking distance to the tram. The apartment had amazing decor, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would ever need, even milk, tea/coffee! The chocolate brownies were delicious. The bed was really comfy; Bedding was of a high standard. The best night sleep we have both had in a long time! The show stopper has to be the bath! The owners are perfect hosts and super friendly and very helpful, also only a phone call or message away. We would 100 % recommend this apartment and definitely stay there again! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need for your stay

The apartment and the gardens are absolutly beautiful. It was a real home away from home, infact it was so cozy we didnt want to leave. Paul and Mary are exceptional hosts, communication was absolutly great. I cant speak anymore highly about a place I have stayed at before, this is by far the best and we cant wait to come back and explore the area more. The area was lovely with little shops and takeaways, restaurants and pubs. It was perfect for us.

A quirky property closely located to the tram with easy access to the centre of Manchester and in close reach to the pubs, bars and eateries in Chorlton. The property is tastefully decorated, modern, very clean and comfortable. For two people it is spacious and had the weather been better during our stay, the use of the well maintained outdoor space would have been a great addition. I’d definitely return and recommend to others.

Breakfast was fine. There were other items for us to use in cooking.

Cold bathroom

This was a beautiful apartment which we loved, and we will definitely be back. Really light and airy despite being in the basement. Amazing fittings and fixtures, super comfortable bed, every room was beautifully decorated. Really close to Chorlton which has some great restaurants, breweries and parks. Paul and Mary are great hosts - helpful but not intrusive at all. They leave some breakfast/general food items in the fridge and cupboard and leave guides to Manchester/Chorlton/local restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. We couldn't have asked for anymore!

Everything! The attention to detail was amazing! Little brownies upon arrival that were delicious! All the tea, coffee and milk we would need for the stay! Freshly squeezed orange juice! The property is beautiful, the little Alice in wonderland garden that takes you to a beautiful decorated property! Everyone room was a delight for the eyes.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Honestly the best place we have booked. The owners’ attention to detail and the fact that no expense has been spared when it came to our comfort meant we had a really wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back!

The apartment is absolutely stunning. The owners have created a beautiful space with great attention to design and quality. Chorlton is a fabulous place to visit. It's close to the centre with great tram and rail links. It also has its own character and lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

This accomodation was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were helpful and the flat was stunning with great attention to detail. In particular the artwork that was so carefully chosen. Great tea and coffee facilities and a large bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Impeccably clean and stylish decor. Definitely staying again next time we visit Manchester

Communication was excellent with the hosts, and they kindly provided a welcome hamper for us, with the essentials (bread, eggs, beer!). Such a lovely touch, and shows real thoughtfulness on their part. It's also lovely to have access to the garden area in such a quiet, secluded area - very peaceful. Collecting the keys was stress-free as the hosts are nearby and were happy to help - they even helped unload shopping ahead of the stay. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, felt luxurious, and felt as though you were a little set back from the bustle of the city. I've already rebooked to stay here again this year. Very impressed with both the apartment and the hosts - looking forward to being able to stay here again. Thank you Chorlton Garden Rooms!

Comfortable, well equipped, tastefully equipped and decorated, perfect position. A few minutes from lovely forest or river walks and the restaurants, bars and shops on Beech Rd and elsewhere.
