The location was outstanding. The staff were excellent.Mari was particularly impressive and helpful.

Great spacious apartment in Lake Tarpon. Very comfortable, quiet and with all the amenities you would need while away. The host was so kind and caring when asked for some special requests. I have recommended that other family and friends stay here in the future!

We could have used a map of the facility, pool, laundry. Also, laundry area could have used a soup dispenser or that could be listed as things you will need to get to do laundry. Coins also or convert machines to except credit cards.

comfortable, very clean updated , new appliances , new very comfortable king size mattress. close to all our needs

It would have been nice to be able to walk to a store or a restaurant. Host was awesome!

Pool and hot tub were not heated. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry for clothes. The pool was a must for us and we did not know this until we got to the pool. Just sad about that.

suggest a couple more dish cloths

Balcony with water view. Comfort and ease of property overall. Easy and free parking. Value for spend. Owner/manager is great!

TV in bedroom didnt seem to work. TV's were not smart TV's and there was no access to youtube, netflix, etc. only basic sat channels.

Great location, quiet a nd friendly people. Owner is exceptional in being helpful.

Place needs a few minor updates.

The manager Maria was exceptional! The unit was spacious, clean and had many comfort features(extra paper products, towels, pillows etc.) The area was quiet, yet right conveniently located right off US 19. Everything was well maintained, including the pool and jacuzzi. Big perk was the private lanai with a view of a small canal! So peaceful🥰

Absolutely nothing!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to Tarpon Springs for a nice boat ride for dolphin sightseeing and shelling. 45 minutes and you are at Clearwater and a little less to TPA. Very close to Honeymoon Island State Park and boat ride to Caladesi Island State Park. Silly us did not see the two chairs and umbrella in the closet. Even has a styrofoam cooler. Rented the chairs and umbrella at Caladesi for $29. Not used to six lanes of traffic and doing U-turns all the time (part of Florida), but had an overall good time. We would definitely rent this place again and since we have family in Lakeland, that is very possible.

The kitchen sink did not have a plug that we could see/find.

The location was very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating.

Had a minor challenge at first, but the host was responsive and took care of things quickly. Super nice person & the property was clean, comfortable, & accommodating.
