This cabin is a great place to stay. It is very clean and the check in/check out process is extremely simple. We came to ride motorcycles and enjoyed the experience. The Tail of the Dragon and Skyway are within 30 minutes with a fun ride getting to them. We would stay there again.

Beautiful setting atop the mountain side with gorgeous view. Easy to find & amazingly clean with a feeling of being at home. Initially concerned about reviews saying you need 4wheel drive but our bmw handled it. Deborah was very kind & helpful with nearby attractions we may not have visited. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the wrap around porch & listening to the mountain’s babbling brook next to the cabin. Definitely will be returning soon!

We enjoyed our stay. We were far enough away from the busy tourist areas but close enough that we could drive into the areas by way of beautiful scenic routes. The cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the hot water was indecisive; one day it lasted for all of our showers and the next it only lasted for two people when we hadn't used it at all that day...kine of weird. Aside from that our stay was just what we were looking for. We would, and probably will, stay here again. Thanks for the quick assistance when we locked our keys inside the cabin Debbie.

The property is well cared for by Deb and their husband. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of, if you have any questions about the property they are more than happy to answer you in a timely manner. Waste disposal and other important information regarding the chalet was well displayed and easy for us to understand.
Debbie was the best host and even came to drop by a flyer for a festival that was happening the weekend we were there. I was informed of future plans for improving the property even more in the next year.
Ultimately this was a great getaway for us to unwind and enjoy some quiet time that my boyfriend and I severely lack these days!

We had a long weekend mountain retreat at this property. The trees were changing colors and the cabin was perfect. The owner Mrs. Debbie had everything ready when we arrived and we really enjoyed visiting with her. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with basic household supplies. The kitchen contains all the dishes, pots/pans, etc you will need. There's a hiking trail next to the cabin that provides a good cardio workout. One of my favorite activities was sitting on the porch reading and enjoying the mountain view. Mrs. Debbie provided maps and brochures on numerous activities and places to visit in the area. We especially enjoyed Maple Springs Lookout. My husband and I highly recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere to relax with great views! I would rate this property more than 5 stars if possible.

Beautiful cabin
Beautiful cabin nestled amongst the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem
My husband and I visited the area for a wedding in the area. The house was just as pictured. It was so nice to unplug and unwind in such a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was a great little getaway for our anniversary. It was secluded yet close to activities. It also was very clean and was stocked with everything you’d need. Would definitely consider staying here again.

While we enjoyed taking in the area sights, we especially enjoyed having a campfire & enjoying the sounds of wildlife around us. Bring dry wood & some fire starter as the wood (that might be there) could be wet.
Lastly, the owner is personable & goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is great.

While we enjoyed taking in the area sights, we especially enjoyed having a campfire & enjoying the sounds of wildlife around us. Bring dry wood & some fire starter as the wood (that might be there) could be wet.
Lastly, the owner is personable & goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is great.

We spent our days exploring the area, did a little fishing and enjoying fall in the mountains and our nights relaxing at the cabin. Would recommend this place for a small family looking for a cozy place to stay.

I felt like I was staying with family. (The cool family, not your crazy uncle family) The property felt so homey! There were maps of the area, menus for local restaurants, wood for the fire pit, and the place was spotless. I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is charming, comfortable, and in a truly beautiful location. Can’t say enough good things! The hosts’ attention to all the details made our stay so enjoyable. We loved the cabin! We wanted a place to stay so we could go hike the Appalachian Trail, go White water rafting and explore waterfalls. This place was perfect! House was so clean! Blown away with attention to details. Feint porch and hiking trails were my all time favorite! Weather did not permit a bon fire... but I will do that next time!

Nice Place in Mountains
Nice place in mountains. Loved having the fire pit and hiking trails nearby. Roads are narrow and steep with switchbacks. Not hard, but glad my husband was there to do the driving because I wouldn't have wanted to. Driveway is steep and gravel; to get up you will need a little speed and you likely will feel the tires slipping unless you have an all wheel drive (at least we did). Once we figured that out, it wasn't an issue.

No story just a relaxing covid free vacation
The property was beautiful. Location is great. Our only suggestion would be a better map and direction of where to take the trash. We did find it without too much trouble. We will be back place was quite and everything we wanted.

We loved the cabin. It was clean and very comfortable. In addition, the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a rental. The location was remote and very quiet. The only drawback was the difficulty in getting WiFi and cell phone reception. We both have Verizon cell service but still couldn’t get our calls to connect.

I can’t say enough about abt this beautiful 2 bedroom cottage, our hosts had every amenity that you can think of very homey very comfortable well taken care of absolutely perfect! I highly recommend
