Bothered daily about payment like they think not going to pay or something a bit insulting. Charged for pillow and blanket even since the bed had no sheet. No discounts no free breakfast. Pricy not the best location but ok I suppose. Front desk can be more friendly never smile nor greet..

Location is not that great. Compared to other accommodation in the Philippines I personally thought that the value for money was not in balans.

We stayed extra days and paid more. Was cheaper through booking.com. p250 per extra bed x 2 beds per night is p500 extra night x almost a week is pricy. Plus they charge extra for a sheet that bed didnt have and charged extra for pillow per night.The shower is too hot and the tub hard to get into. There is a bad odor that smells of a dead mouse and urine serms to be coming from bathroom wall or ceiling. I dont like that they charge a service charge on items that we buy in the mini cafe. Bought pringles already over priced at p220 and still added p20 service charge on top off that. Didn't bring it to room or anything just bought off counter. Front desk could be more friendlier and not bother guest about advanced pymts. Location a little far from everything. A bit overpriced. And hotel housekeepers only around 1/2 day.

clean, nice exterior decor, close to the airport , staff are civil

-No mat for placement outside bathroom door—providing this should be a no-brainer -Just one towel when the booking was for a couple -Having a simple lamp for low-key lighting instead of all-or-nothing room lights would be a great help

It takes a while to sleep because of the noise coming from somewhere, like a videoke bar. That was the only thing, though it is not the fault of the hotel.

The pricing is different from the online booking and transportation in the morning is worst.

The location was ideal for what I needed

The toilet seat was broken and repaired with... tape. The view from the room window was very bad, that is the reason why it is not visible on any pictures of the room. The advantage of the hotel is very friendly and helpful staff.
