The location of this apartment was excellent, and it was clean
The power went out multiple times. The staff and owners did not respond for at least five hours, and then it went out again. And then then we had to figure out how to trip the breaker box ourselves each time it went out. The blow dryer did not work, and I messaged them and they did nothing about it, nor did they respond to the complaint. The bed was rock hard and they provide only one small pillow for each guest.

"When you see the facade of the apartment, you have no idea what it's like inside... it's simply impeccable! I highly recommend it!!"
