An ideal place for a holiday and a relaxing break. It starts with the owner, Suzana, who gave us a warm welcome right from the start, showed us around the house, and provided all the necessary information. Throughout our stay, we felt we could count on her at any moment. The house and its surroundings are fantastic; everything you need to enjoy your time is right there. The house is fully equipped for a long vacation, and we all felt right at home. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living room (though we didn't use the latter—life happened outdoors). It is also worth noting that the place was clean and well-maintained. However, the best part was outside: a practically new, impeccably maintained swimming pool with a pool house. The pool house included a full bathroom with a shower and a shaded area for relaxing. On the other side of the pool stood a barbecue house where we spent long evenings playing cards and the like; it was also fully equipped with a huge grill, a stove, and a sink. It was enclosed in glass, offering a beautiful view of the sea. Another great feature was the covered terrace, where we enjoyed our evening meals while taking in the stunning sea view—and, importantly, the magnificent sunrises. The property offers convenient parking right in front of the house. It is situated somewhat off the beaten path, away from tourist hotspots—which I considered a plus—and the drive to the nearest town with shops was not an issue. There are many excellent cycling and hiking trails in the area, which I made great use of. All in all, an ideal spot for active leisure and relaxation. Absolutely nothing

Jako lijepa kuća sa okućnicom. Čisto , prostrano ,kuhinja odlično opremljena , ima vanjski i unutarnji roštilj, što je odlična stvar ako je ružno vrijeme. Sobe prostrane , kreveti udobni. Lokacija savršena, mir i predivan pogled na more.

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Haus. Wunderbare Poolanlage mit Indoor-Ruhebereich, Dusche/ WC und herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Outdoor-Küche bietet Sitzgelegenheiten für große Familien oder Gruppen, wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit 5 Kindern. Schöne Kiesstrände in 1-2 km mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Lediglich der Weg zu den dem Supermärkten in Labin erschien uns recht lang.
