Owner was available from start to finish. With great suggestions on local knowledge and spots to explore/keep kids occupied. The location was central to everything. 15/20 min to all beaches and towns. And half hour to Busch gardens. House had everything needed for an enjoyable stay/place to cook nice meals/grille and kitchen was well stocked. Pirate themed room was a huge hit with kids, even a stocked treasure chest. Kirsten really went above and beyond to make her home feel like ours. An enjoyable place for a retreat all around.

Nice quite getaway. Pool was amazing. House had everything we needed. 10-15 min drive to beaches and boardwalks. Overall good stay.

The house was nice, the pool was great, it had pretty much everything you would need for your stay. My husband and I spent so much time relaxing in the pool/patio area, we ended up not going to any of the beaches. We had our dog with us and he seemed to enjoy it too. We grilled all week and just relaxed. It was the type of vacation we were looking for. Kirsten was very helpful and went out of her way to communicate with me prior to the trip until I arrived. Everything worked out nicely.
I do suggest that you bring your own lounge chair though, if you want to lay out in the sun. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, but no lounge type chairs.

Feels like a vacation at home.
My family and I came to FL for a quick trip to the beach but after arriving at this property, we never left the house. The adults relaxed by the pool while the kids swam to their hearts content. Even when it rained the kids didn't care because the bunk room had everything they needed to have a great time. With the smart TV in the living room, we had all the entertainment we needed. This house was incredibly clean and beautifully furnished. Not only was it a perfect place to settle while we dropped our daughter off at college, the hosts were friendly, attentive and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. On our first night, the power went out due to a tropical storm and the hosts brought over extra supplies. They even came over and cleaned the pool mid stay after the rain so that we could still swim. I can’t say enough about this property. It is located so close to the beach, Publix and other shopping areas but it’s location in a residential neighborhood made it a quiet and peaceful getaway for a major event in our lives. We will absolutely be back.

This home was the cleanest and best equipped VRBO I’ve ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook there. The backyard and pool are private and very clean. We enjoyed swimming with our dogs. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Kirstine was very nice and responsive. Looks exactly like the photo. The place was spotless and the pool was perfectly set on the right temperature. Kirstine was a great host and responded when needed. She Reminded me of necessary check-in and check-out requirements. I will definitely recommend and stay at this home again!

Wonderful home
We loved staying at this cute, dog-friendly home with a great pool! The hosts, Kirstine and Scott, couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. They were in touch throughout our stay, and were really helpful. The home has a large, nice kitchen- fully equipped with a big, new refrigerator/freezer, and a large counter with seating. The location is excellent- about halfway between the beaches and Tampa, where we have friends. The biggest plus for us was the pool and fenced yard - very safe for dogs and grandkids. The home was exceptionally clean with many nice amenities. It is close to grocery stores, drug stores, Sam’s Club and Target. It is also not far from one of our favorite restaurants- Carmelita’s. Everything about the house was well thought out to make our stay easy and fun.

Everything with this property and the host was amazing, very helpful with EVERYTHING. She took delivery of baby items we rented and delivered them to the home. Suggested many restaurants, beaches, sights and more. VERY FRIENDLY and accommodating. The pool was great even in February.

Perfect sized vacation home
The home was awesome. It was clean and had the space we needed for our family. The washer & dryer was an added bonus. It was great to be able to relax in the pool. Perfect location for a vacation home close to the beach and stores.
