The location, the free Netflix, the washer/dryer and the stocked kitchen.
also we had 18 inches of snow and we were plowed us out first thing in the morning.
The only negative is that when taking a shower there is a sulfur smell that makes showering unpleasant.

Location was good.
Rooms were a good size.
Appliances were in good shape.
Plenty of towels
Water pressure needs improvement
Overall cleaning vacuuming could have been better.
Beds were old and twin was broken.

Beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately the oven wasn't clean and some hairs were in the shower. There also wasn't any mattress protectors on 2 out of 3 of the beds used.
