The home was clean and beautifully decorated, but I’ve been using VRBO for years and I’ve never had a host tell me I was responsible for supplying my own toilet paper. The kitchen was not well stocked, we had to get everything including condiments, spices, and serving utensils. My messages to the property managers wouldn’t get a reply for hours sometimes. I don’t think we would return.

It was a GREAT family vacation on Seagrove beach! We had everything we needed and even more! I totally agree with all positive reviews below! I don’t know what else I could add to it! My rating is 10 out of 5! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends! Thanks a lot the wonderful stay! We are looking forward to coming back!

The house is a cozy ranch style beach home, very clean but somewhat dated. The kitchen is stocked with ample dishes, glassware, pots and pans. The bedrooms are large and spacious. The mattresses appear to be older, two of three are topped with medium thickness foam pieces. Two of the rooms have double size beds, not queens. Several of the window blinds do not function properly - there are two very bright street lights located directly outside the front bedroom window and master bedroom window that shine directly in, limiting night time darkness. The bottom part of the trundle bed does not work, the porch has limited privacy due to the malfunctioning blinds and glass door entrance. The beach public access is very conveniently located, just a short few minute walk to the Pelayo Access (note, no ramp at this access, just stairs). House is located 3.5 miles from the Hub, close proximity to other restaurants and donut shops. The back yard offers a grill but limited space to enjoy the outdoors. Easy communication from Benchmark. It appears this house has recently been purchased by new owners, we hope the new owners update accordingly as it is so conveniently located and has great potential.
