Amazing

Everything was perfect

No breakfast, reasonable location

Maintanance level of the property was quite poor, very crowded and non comfortable kitchen, living room sofa had stains on it, no curtain at main bathroomn, bedroom shower door hardly moved.

It was nice and clean with the required amenities.

There was nothing

Size of apartment was great and it was close to public transportation. It also had on demand hot water which was very nice.

On day 1, the refrigerator was warm upon arrival, but luckily we got the wine fridge working and could store our cold food. We also couldn't get TV in living area to work. There was an issue with the remote control. I reported the fridge and TV issue to the house manager who said someone would be there in an hour but no one showed up. On day 3, we attempted to wash towels and clothes but washer/dryer didn't work. It would fill with water and then wouldn't do anything. I reported washer to house manager who said maintenance would come by but no one showed up. I ended up rinsing clothes in the sink and using a drying rack. I called house manager to report that maintenance never came but it didn't seem to matter. I was tired of dealing with it.
