Overall stay was very good, spacious rooms, timely help was provided. Was on the main road and was much easy for travel .Staffs were very friendly and prompt.

Hot water will be turned on only after we inform them and have to wait for min 10 mins which was affecting a bit.

Exceptional place! The front desk and the staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly! All your needs are attended immediately and all concerns addressed! I fully recommend the hotel either for singles or families.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everyone always tries to help. I could even message them directly via Whatsapp.

I was planning to stay here for longer but I decided to check out early because I didn't feel this is a place to stay and relax. It was convenient for me to attend an event but after that I was constantly disturbed by the cleaning people and they couldn't communicate in English so I had to rely on the staff to tell them not to come. They didn't have door signs to hang on the door handle. Also when I checked out the staff told me I hadn't had to pay for the breakfasts, I confirmed twice and they sad it was okay. Then the next day they texted me asking to pay for them. It was really confusing. The worst was the bathroom. I saw bugs in the bathroom everyday and one day I had to even leave my room because they had to fix the pipe. About the breakfasts they have a misleading picture of an Indian food but in fact I got the same breakfast everyday and couldn't choose. It was a very simple version which came with: watermelon slices, boiled egg, 2 small Indian pancakes and some spicy sides with vegetables. The first days were okay but the quality would vary daily.
