Great location!

Showers were a little tricky.

The 2nd bedroom mattress & box spring was not very comfortable, very flimsy and uncomfortable. Master bedroom bathroom and other bathroom shower faucets leaked and were very hard to manipulate. Property needs a little TLC.

The condo had clearly been updated (new tubs, new kitchen, new couches) to fix complaints in previous reviews. It was warm, easily slept 8 people and had greats views. It was comfortable and convenient to the ski hills. The shuttle service was efficient and a great way to get on the slopes.

The dryer took two cycles to dry the clothes and the washer sometimes had to be reset for it to drain - they could use an upgrade. The faucets on the showers leaked from the handles and used a lot of extra hot water - could also use some repairs.

THE PARKING PASSES PROMISED WERE NOT THERE. IN FACT, THERE WERE MESSAGES FROM PAST VISITORS SAYING THEY, TOO, NEVER FOUND THE PASSES. ALSO, THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED WHEN I ARRIVED.

Wild but not so Wonderful = It smelled like a Old truck Stop / smelly ass locker room! I went to put the key code in and just pushed the door open. The front door was not locked, nor could it be locked! The Manager below gave me a butter knife for the lock on inside hollow door but the lock was not even touching the door frame so there was Zero security for out belongings as we went out to dinner or slept for that matter! But thanks for the butter knife! Both bath rooms were dirty with long Hairs in one bathroom! The Hot water was running steady stream and would not shut off in the the master bath Which made for a unusable sauna steam bathroom! All the Beds were hard as a rock! All the couches had giant holes throughout and looked like critters lived there and probably did! Stains, Smelly, Broken… I’ve seen nice couches on side of the road! No one actually sat! We actually looked to see if we could get a refund to find another place but that was a joke as well! We were only crashing for one night so most of us bucked up and made it worked! One of the guys was so skeebed out he actually just stayed in the truck! And That’s what I liked I won’t bring up anything bad!

The sunsets and watching the wildlife come up for snacks.

The front door did not lock. It was filthy and smelled horrible. The tank on main bathroom commode is cracked and leaks when you flush it. The master bath has black mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. The hot water runs constantly in master bath tub. We had no parking passes waiting as we were told would be on the counter. When asked the manager about it he said we didn't need them. And as for the front door lock not working, was told it quit working last week and would be fixed next week!! For our week here.. He would keep an eye on the cameras to make sure our belongings were secure. This trip was a very large disappointment!! I think that paying $1034 ($140 of which is a cleaning fee!) we should have came into a clean condo. If you would like pictures I would be happy to send them to you. I believe that I should be reimbursed a portion of what I paid, since we did spend our time that we reserved.

We booked it for the location and price

It wasn’t cleaned there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The toilets weren’t cleaned- there was dried pee when you lifted the seats- a lot they were never touched and master bath tub had black all around drain that I scrubbed off. The other bathroom had a broken toilet seat. Big cut in the couch and coffee pot was missing-the manager brought us a new one. I had read some of the reviews after booking it and reached out to ask it the cleanliness was going to be an issue. I was told it wouldn’t be , they had anew cleaning service. Still an issue

It was not clean, poop smeared in tub, dirty towels, dirty dishes, the worst

Room was not cleaned. There was left over food on the kitchen table, dirty wash clothes in the closet, toilets were stopped up.
