Catherine went above beyond to make our reservations and answer our questions. We have stayed in this condo 4 times before and have no complaints.

Our second stay at this resort and unit. 7 years since we last visited and happy to see everything was as good as we remember it.

We had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay special. Our condo was nice. My only complaint is the mattress is extremely worn with indentations. I had to sleep on the sofa. I hope this is replaced because I would love to teturnnnext year.

Excellent property, great property and location, just steps from grace bay beach, very nice complex with nice pool and hot tub. Cathy was very quick to respond if we needed anything. Many restaurants within walking distance, definitely would stay again.

Staff was friendly and always available. Condo was clean, spacious and perfectly located close to the bar and pool but very quiet would stay here again!

We had a great time at Villas Renaissance. Our unit was clean and consistent with the description. The owner was responsive. We were just steps from the pool and ocean! We would definitely recommend this property!

This apartment was really nice and clean. It was in a perfect location near all the restaurant and shops. Catherine was amazing. She was there to welcome us. There was an issue that arise in the apartment and Catherine replied immediately to the issue and took care of it. I totally recommend renting from this Host.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip and stay at Villa Renaissance. The suite had everything would could need for the week and was pristine and comfortable. Catherine is a gem -- she was so kind and accommodating of everything we needed and took all the stress out of our trip. Photos cannot do the resort and the beach justice -- it's absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Wow!! Already wanting to rebook at Villa Renaissance. The property was so well maintained and the unit was clean and quiet. Short and beautiful walk to the beach where they set up your chair and umbrella. And we would finish the day at the pool- where there was a bar serving cocktails! The location can't be beat- you can walk on the beach to other hotels and check them out or to shops and browse. We could walk to Grace's Cottage and Bay Bistro too. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Catherine greeted us and checked on us- first class service. Thank you T&C!!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this property. It had everything we needed. A cart for our short walk to the grocery store, extra towels, even a smaller cooler for our beach trips. Highly recommend it and plan on booking again in the future.

This property was amazing. The condo was beautiful. Catherine was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything taken care of! The most amazing part of this property was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful! They made this vacation so much fun! I recommend this property 100%

This unit allows you to take advantage of Villa Renaissance's perfect location. Besides having that million dollar Grace Bay view off the front of your patio, this was second best. Although I hear the owner also has a beachfront unit as well. It was nice being able to park less than 50 ft away from the front door of the unit instead of having to trek through the property and upstairs as would be the case with a unit closer to the beach. Convenient for my wife and I as we were constantly using a rental car to explore different parts of the island. So close to the pool if that is your thing (we always went beach instead of pool, noise from the pool was also never an issue), right next to the bar within the establishment if that might be your fancy, and only a quick minute or two to get out to the beach through a picturesque archway that leads you down to a wonderful stretch of beach that seems to be less crowded and with less activity than down near the Beaches hotel area to the south. After walking up and down the beach we decided we definitely preferred our stretch of beach. We never had issue getting a lounge chair no matter the time of day. Besides the location of the unit being an absolute plus, this unit was clean and well maintained. The convenience of having a washer/dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets on hand made for carefree cleaning of clothes. Nothing really bad to say about this one. And a thanks to Cathy who is the property manager, she is great with communication and attentive to the guests needs. As the unit was not booked directly before or after our stays, she allowed for lenient check in and check out, this helped us a lot. Thank you.

I have travelled plenty throughout the years and I will give Turks and Caicos beaches 5 stars. The people were friendly and the area was very safe! Everything is within walking distance (restaurants, lounges, shops). The property was immaculate, the villa was perfect and honestly, I can't find one complaint. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we plan on returning. Catherine our host was also great, she facilitated our excursions, transfers, and was just on top of everything. She was readily available every time I reached out to her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You won't be disappointed.

Fio's villa is better than advertised and better than the pictures. Very quiet yet right in the center of everything - most a short walk and certainly a short drive. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities and then some. Quiet furnished back patio overlooking a lovely lawn. 3 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable king bed, nice sized bathroom with a great shower after a day on the beach or at sea. Boat pick-up at the beach for excursions. The beach and water incredible needless to say. Super friendly staff but most of all an incredibly helpful and fun property manager in Cathy Henfield - she was nothing short of fantastic from helping me fill out the TCI Covid online protocol information via phone prior to the trip right through the much too soon end! She has the island wired and was super helpful with reservations, coordinating cleaning, restaurant recommendations - you name it. We have rented by owner places from multiple sites in several countries and Cathy is head and shoulders above all the others...and we have had some good ones.

Unit 501 is exactly as advertised. Quiet, clean, and perfect for a couple. Kitchen is well equipped. AC and fans kept us cool. I love the colors and decor of the villa- cream, tan, and blue with beach-y touches. Couches are comfortable, TVs are nice. Bathroom is beautiful and spacious. Loved the outdoor sitting area and proximity to the pool. The bar and pool close early so there’s no issue with noise at night. Villa Renaissance is absolutely wonderful! Well maintained but very casual. Not the place if you want a butler at your beck and call- it’s more of a condo then hotel but we loved it. The pool is gorgeous and the beach chairs/umbrellas are nice. The location is great. We didn’t rent a car. Restaurants and stores are very close. I highly recommend this unit at Villa Renaissance!

Villa Renaissance is a beautiful and quiet respite and yet so close to so much activity . The villa presents very nicely- the air conditioner worked flawlessly. I am a stickler for cleanliness and Villa 501 didn't disappoint. The refrigerator was pristine, everything was in working order and we didn't have one issue while we were there. We actually thought its location was perfect. Whether we were on the beach or in the pool it was very easy to get to and as a plus very near to the poolside bar (compliments to Sharona!!!) The owner has furnished a huge variety of movies which was nice. Hot water and water pressure were very good. The staff at Villa Rennaissance were extremely friendly and we felt very at "home". We loved it. GO!!!!!

The villa is comprehensively equipped with everything you need to relax, settle in and enjoy the amazing property and location that provides walking to all amenities. Beautiful unit and location that can't be beat.
