Diese Wohnung in einer Anlage in Strandnähe ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Eislaufen und von Möglichkeiten zum Segeln entfernt. Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto entweder stehen lassen und die 9 Minuten zu Bethany Beach Beaches laufen kannst. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 3 Minuten hierher: Fenwick Island Beach.

Nach deiner Rückkehr in diese Ferienwohnung mit 98 Quadratmetern kannst du am Strand ausspannen, am Gemeinschaftspool chillen oder im Whirlpool etwas trinken. Auch den Balkon wirst du mögen. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es dank Internetzugang, Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen und DVD-Player zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Very little. Room dirty, no window shade in bunk bed room, windows filthy. Pool area had the same mess there all week. Sand not cleaned out of the pool very well. We started going to Sea Colony in 1990 and it was spotless then. Things have changed and not for the good.

AC filter in closet needs replacement, although the AC worked fine. No broom in apt, Center roll-up blind on glass sliding door did not operate. The den window needs a proper shade - not a blanket. Master bath shower drain was very slow. We're glad the fridge is new. All in all a nice apt. Plan to return.

Condo was spotless. In a great location as well. A broken door knob and a broken towel rack were our only complaints.

We love the location of this condo! Steps from our favorite pool and the beach. We love the bunk bed room and its cute tiki theme as well as the comfy couch in the living room and amazing king size bed in the master bed room! We have stayed at this particular condo many times and this time is was not as clean as it was in the past; with piles of hair on the floors and bathrooms. Overall it just did not feel quite as clean. With a one year old crawling around I had to clean the place myself when I got there and also felt I needed to change the sheets myself. We still had an amazing trip and always enjoy sea colony and their great amenities and will continue to rent their condos.

This was a great condo to stay in-- wonderful location, especially for young kids because it is so close to the baby pool. The condo was clean when we got there but could have been cleaner, and I wish the cleaning supplies had been easier to use/better to clean up our little ones' messes. One or two minor complaints about the condo, but overall, it was a great choice and I would stay there again.
