My spouse and I and our well behaved pup, had a wonderful stay at Jerry’s Roost. The apartment was spotless, the bed quite comfortable and the setting very peaceful. We highly recommend it and hope to return some day.

Location is perfect, Lake Wentworth is a beautiful place. Apartment was roomy, clean and quiet with great amenities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very private but only few steps from waters edge. Especially liked the picnic platform with nice grill only steps from front door. Perfect place to rejuvenate.

The property looks exactly as shown in the pictures — lake is beautiful and easy access from the house. It’s also a quick drive to Wolfeboro. Would definitely return or recommend to others!

We loved our stay at Jerry’s Roost on Lake Wentworth. The basement apartment was super clean, bright and spacious. The lake was crystal clear with a large dock perfect for our 26 foot sailboat and 2 kayaks (they have 3 but we brought our own). The backyard garden oasis was fabulous with lots of beautiful and charming features. No one was staying in the main house for our 4 day weekend so we were hidden away in private with amazing lake access. It was also fun exploring Wolfeboro and the entire Lakes Region. We’ll definitely return to this Lakeside Oasis.

The sliding doors open out to a beautiful back yard just steps from the lake shore with a dock and a small beach. The sunsets are spectacular. The apartment is spacious and clean. We really enjoyed kayaking, sup-boarding, swimming, bird-watching (bald eagles, loons) and just relaxing by the lake. Also brought my windsurfer and used it several times, right from the house. The bike rail (unpaved) to Wolfeboro is nearby. Eric and Heather were very welcoming and responsive hosts, but gave us plenty of privacy as well. Definitely recommend!

We rented this property because we were wanting to bring our two big dogs and be in the Wolfeboro area. Prefect choice on both accounts. We were close to downtown Wolfeboro and the rail trail. Plenty of restaurants and/or a kitchen/grill to use at the rental. The owners were there some of the time and were very friendly. Had the use of kayaks or paddleboard. Wentworth lake is a big enough lake without all the activity of Lake Winni.

We stayed for a week and the apartment was immaculate. The lake was beautiful and the home owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

This was our first time renting a property on the water. The wife and I have decided that because of the great vacation we had at this property we are going to try and continue to do this every year. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Great weekend getaway!
The location and views from this apartment are fantastic! The lake is beautiful and it's a quick drive to a cute downtown with tons of shops and cafes. Check in was easy and the hosts were welcoming and easy to share space with. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The owners were very friendly but gave us our space. The apartment was very clean and neat. Enough space for a family of four. We used the grill and fireplace they had outside. My kids loved using the Paddleboard and kayak
