It is very close to everything! Breakfast was great! Bed was so comfortable.

Wifi is not good and the power went out 3-4 times in one day. Not sure what happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk receptionist was nice. We had no issues with the noise as others have mentioned. It was a nice stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and everything appeared new and modern. Additionally, its convenient location near the interstate route made it a perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

While the hotel itself was pleasant and offered many amenities, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the Cook Chef. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an ongoing issue with the speed of service at the restaurant. The Cook Chef was consistently working at an extremely slow pace, resulting in long waiting times and substantial lines forming daily. As a guest, it was frustrating to see that the slow service persisted throughout my entire stay, leaving a negative impression on an otherwise enjoyable experience at your establishment. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but it seemed like this was a recurring problem that needed to be addressed

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean. The staff was tremendous. Breakfast was outstanding. I have found my hotel for my trips to Knoxville.

Very Clean And Modern Checkin & Checkout Times!!!

Location very difficult to find in area.I’d gotten lost numerous times in finding the hotel.Even asked several for directions and used GPS.If had a landmark nearby and exit number off I-40 Westbound.I even called front desk at property and had no knowledge of exit #.I happened to be on correct road and finally stopped and asked again at a restaurant .The personnel told me hotel was just down the road hidden in back of lot.Barely could see the entrance sign and jammed up against Home 2 hotel.Tired traveling and it took a waste of time locating the hotel.

The breakfast was really good and the pool and outdoor fire pit areas were great!

The only thing not perfect was that the Pillows were a bit too squishy.

Hot breakfast, eggs and such were not available at the beginning. Had to make other choices

Happy dog in next room made getting a restful night impossible. People friendly needs to take priority over pet friendly.

Breakfast was wonderful! The location was central to everything, and the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I would stay here again!

Noise from interstate

I liked the location and the advertised value. Location looked top notch.

The facade. This is a Cadillac on the outside and a 4-wheeler on the inside. Our TV didn't work at all and it took 3 hours and 3 staff members to fix. I couldn't call the front desk so I had to walk down just to hear a staff member suggest I "turn off the TV and turn it back on". Ridiculous.

the property was clean, the room was clean, and the best part was that they allowed dogs! Sometimes when hotels know you have dogs, they’ll give you a room that smells like dog. but not this one!

I do wish they gave us a little more towels. and I wish the road was easier to get there

Not as clean as it should have been. The electric car chargers are not free and very expensive to use. A gasoline van parked in one of the EV spaces. The entrance into the hotel is through a parking lot. The pillows were not comfortable.

The first room had dog hair all over the floor and couch. They were kind and moved us to another room that was also not swept and had long hairs all over the bathroom floor hair in the shower dirty dishes in the dishwasher no blankets pillows for the couch asked for them and a pillow did not receive pillow. I will NEVER be back. just plain gross

Liked the layout of the room, TV in bedroom and living room, well stocked kitchen, staff was responsive.

When put shower bench down, it was covered in long hair. The desk sent a nice lady to clean it very promptly and she was surprised at the condition. She proactively cleaned the entire bathroom without requesting which was thorough on her part and appreciated. The shower bench could not have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, booked a 1 bedroom king with pull out coich for 3 people but only 2 bath towels provided. Had to request proper amount of towels. With reservation for 3 people, this should have been anticipated needing more than 2 bath towels for 3 people. Finally, again with 3 adults on reservation for 1 king bed and fold out couch, no linens were in room for fold out couch. They were provided promptly after requesting but should have been in room. When linens provided, I assumed at least 1 pillow would have been in the big zipped bag provided after my request. There were no pillows provided. I know I could have requested a pillow and one would have been provided promptly but honestly I gave up. Loved the hotel and probably will give it another chance. By paying attention to number of people on reservation on the front end and with 1 king bed/pull out couch, proper number or towels, linens for pull out couch and pillow for pull out couch should/could be anticipated to save needing to make multiple requests each time we realized we didn't have what we needed. We have been looking for a routine suite hotel that we can use on frequent trips and we will give this hotel another chance. All requests of missing items were rectified quickly and professionally. But with some tweaking, you can anticipate these needs by looking at reservation occupancy. The alarm for the warehouse to one side of the hotel rang 24/7 and disturbed sleep both nights. This is not the hotels fault. Just FYI that the warehouse alarm ringing 24/7 from Friday evening until check out on Sunday likely hurt future return business for the hotel which is not fair for you.
