The hotel is clean.

The lighting is very complicated. Rooms do not have any view. Excessive guarantees are requested for stay and only paid back after one week. The price quality relation is completely out of balance. There are many much better hotels at lower cost..

La ubicación es fabulosa, al lado del Museo Nacional, del Palacio Real y la Pagoda Plateada. También está muy cerca de Riverside y el night market. Realmente se puede ir caminando a todas partes. El desayuno también muy completo y de calidad. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas al Palacio Real. También tienen un sky lounge con una terraza y muy buenas vistas. 100% recomendable para una copa.

The staff were super friendly, the location is very convenient (walking distance to the Royal Palace and National Museum), and there are many restaurants and amenities nearby.

It required to wait soo much for the elevator

Fabulous room and bathroom, amazing pool, gym and wellness area and a beautiful hotel. Great location, buffet breakfast i think was the best I have ever had in the world. NEXT LEVEL. and the rooftop was absolutely delicious food and drinks and super cool vibe. Felt very cosmopolitan. Staff were fab.

It would have been great to see some local food on the menu on the roof.
