We also really loved the outdoor cooking area. A great time was had by all. The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. That could have simply been the time of year, but there was also some standing water in the fountains and around the property as well: so bring bug spray.

We had room(s) to spare and all of the accommodations were great. The outdoor space is perfect for a gathering like this. We used the BBQ and outdoor fireplace each evening. Plenty of fun things to do in the area and it is perfect for wine tasting. (We loved Epoch, TH and Hansen Vineyards).

We gathered 14 family and friends for a wedding. The property was enjoyable and casitas worked especially well for our family members with the youngest children.

Overall I would consider this property sub par for the cost/ price point we paid for 4 nights $8500. The very first day on arrival we walked into the home being over 82 degrees; come to find out the A/C was broken and not in working order. Only 1 bedroom upstairs had a ceiling fan which still was not enough to make sleeping without A/C comfortable. There was only 1 working floor fan for the entire home so it was miserable inside the home without A/C or fan circulation. Luckily someone came out the following afternoon and was able to fix the A/C but other issues were noted and not addressed.1. Built in BBQ did not work (it was filthy as well and couldn’t tell the last time it was cleaned)2. Oven in kitchen did not work (unable to prepare food that we brought up for dinner)3. Garbage disposal was broken.4. Upstairs guest shower was broken handle fell right off (little to no water pressure)- unusable 5. Other guest shower had black mold on the ceiling.6. Previous guest's underwear and other clothes were left in the dresser of 1 of the guest rooms.7. Master jet tub does not work.8. The outside patio furniture, cushions, chair were filthy (needed to be power washed)9. Interior of home had cob webs throughout and floors were dirty; ants in kitchen.

The villa was true to its name. Lots of rooms and suites. The pool waterfall was a cherry on top. Comfortable, stunning and relaxing. Kitchen appliances were top notch. We had a professional chef in our group, he was very impressed with the kitchen. The beautiful water fountains did not work, not a huge deal but could’ve helped with the highway noise. We’ll stay here again, no doubt.

Fantastic Estate fit for a king. So many private casitas and villa with full kitchens. The pool and pool house were so much fun and so convenient. The big house was set up beautifully and all the couches were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and the commercial stove made it easy to feed our hungry crew. It was a paradise. Especially for a bigger group. We highly recommend the San Antonio estate.

Great pool, numerous fire its (although it was too hot to enjoy) and outdoor entertaining area and kitchen was well stocked. We arranged for 2 days of wine tasting in Paso Robles with a driver and had private chefs come in 2 nights and cook us some wonderful meals. Great central location to wine tasting, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

I was actually initially worried about the estate being too big, but the layout of the main house, backyard, outdoor kitchen, and additional casita was cozy and still made us feel right at home. Not to mention just the beautiful Spanish/mediterranean architecture.

The property was very clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of useful amenities around the house (laundry room, kitchenware/appliances, really good central air system, and a ton of firewood already cut for use in the few fire pits on the property).

We mainly stayed at the house, but it is no more than 15-20 minutes away from any activities, restaurants or groceries.

As I mentioned above, we have stayed with PR Vacation rental before, and we keep coming back not just for these amazing stays, but the staff and customer service from the team has always been top notch. Always very responsive and accommodating, and if we ever had any issues or questions, there was always someone available to help.

It is in close proximity to grocery stores, wineries, downtown Atascadero, Paso Robles and reasonably close to San Luis Obispo. Although we had some maintenance issues, the company that manages the property, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive and sent someone out immediately to resolve them. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness and customer service. The layout and the amenities such as the pool, the patio, the fire place and pit, and the hot tub make this ideal for people of all ages. Having multiple separate units for sleeping and the main house for cooking and gathering is perfect as it allows for both privacy and time together with the group. This is a nice place if you want to spend the day onsite at the pool or go out wine tasting and come home for a nice happy hour and meal.
