Everything was top- very friendly and professional owners and staff. Very nice little city, great advices about restaurants/ sightseeing from staff. Nice room, very clean! Dog was allowed/ 10 EUR per night. We were very pleased to stay there!

WIfi was not working at all

Location, size, it was perfect.

The location is very good, just few minutes away from the beach. Local shops and restaurants are also short walking distance away. There was pretty much no need to use the car for the entire stay. Property was bigger than expected - 2 good size bedrooms with bathroom on the 1st floor, with another bedroom (bunk bed) and bathroom on ground floor. Living room with kitchen, with all pots and utensils to prepare quick lunches or dinners, if not in mood to go out with kids. Weather was better than expected for the end of October - warm days, warm sea, lots of sun. We did not want to waste such good weather for going to shops or restaurants. Only for daily ice-cream... Driving the car to location was ok, only the sat nav was losing the signal closer to the location. Maybe it was just temporary GPS issue??? Value for money was good! I could recommend this for perfect for winter re-charge.

We had our beach towels, but regular bath towels are only available at extra cost. It is a minor issue that hopefully could be sorted out in the future. The interned access is not very good, as mentioned in earlier reviews. This works well as kids go to beach and to bed without problems, but sometimes it could be a pain (if need to do some work).

The location was really good. It was both very near to the beach and to the center. Also everything you need was there, we also could get bikes if we wanted so it is easy to travel around the island. There is also a washing machine and a nice area to sit outside. And the door includes a net against mosquitoes. And very important to us, the straff was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that could have been good to have in the kitchen additionally was a coffee machine/water boiler. And some of the lights were broken in the living room which made it a little dark.

The property is situated 2 minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk into town.

Building work was being done on neighbouring property which was very noisy during the day but this was not the fault of the owners of the property we stayed in.

One of the terrace-chair was missing and the reception staff was very helpful to organise a new one. Its a quick walk to the beach (nice!) and the restaurant there is really good. The umbrella is complimentary.

We were a bit disappointed from the appartment after having a great week in Alghero, but "you get what you pay for". The appartement-furniture look like from the 90s. Don`t expect any comfort, but its ok for a beach holiday. The kitchen is just basic. We couldn´t use the oven, because the power went every time down. The stairway-banister was a bit loose. The bins are located on the terrace. The outside lights at the car park were turned on during the day. The green in front of our terrace was at check-in littered with cigarettes and covered with weeds. Don`t forget to bring the 200 € deposit in cash at check-in.
