The condo was very homey, great lay out, decorated nicely and was very comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding was very nice and comfy. Sturdy banister in the stairwell, it was safe for elderly Inlaws.

Upon arrival, we could not get the toilet to flush, the water line was shut off to that toilet. We tried to unscrew the value but it was too tight. I called the 800 number and spoke with a very polite gentleman who called maintenance. Maintenance called several hours later and said he was unable To come out to fix the problem bc it was already past 6pm. He said he would be out the next morning around 10am. I asked if he could come Earlier bc we had a wedding to attend he said he would be out before 9am. By 11:30am, he still had not arrived or called. We ended up calling him and telling him not to come after all bc we were leaving and did not feel comfortable having him entering the condo if we were not there. It was definitely not convenient having that plumbing problem.

The location was nice but I have to clean the balcony .the house was clean and comfortable

The property was advertised as having wifi internet. It did not have internet. Worse yet, the TV only worked with internet. Therefore, no TV either.

Great location, close to the ski slopes and Incline village, place well appointed and great for cooking and spending time with the family.

When we arrived only 1 parking pass was available out of the 2. I tried reaching out asking for help with this, Vacasa (the manager agency) acknowledged our request, but noone got to us and brought the pass in the course of a week.
