The combined kitchen/living area has a large slide along with the two optional beds (dinette and sofa convert quickly and easily). Perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in comfort while playing board games (included). Opposite the slide is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. Pans, cooking utensils, storage containers, flatware, and durable dishes included. A standup pantry cabinet to the right of the refrigerator with plenty of storage for dry goods. All-natural non-toxic disinfecting cleaning supplies included (dish soap, hand soap, all-purpose cleaner). The hallway has a complete wardrobe for additional storage includes drawers and the option to hang clothing linens or stackable items just outside the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, comes equipped with some comforts of home. Non-toxic hand soap and toilet spray included, as well as a Clorox toilet scrubber (not flushable). 1 roll of RV toilet paper are provided with each rental, please only use RV toilet paper. Only RV toilet paper may be flushed- anything else (paper towels, wet wipe including flushable, feminine products etc will cause damage and clogging). Exterior complete with mounted BBQ and outdoor kitchen (includes a sink, refrigerator & cabinets) for you outside entertaining and fun. TIP- the unit is approximately 36 feet length overall (including the tongue) please be sure when you are booking your space that you allow for the tongue length- pull through spaces are ideal for this units length. The appropriate level of Insurance coverage is necessary to cover any potential damages or loss, booked through RV Share. Not available for Mexico use. Absolutely no smoking. Additional Charges may include propane refill, unapproved pet fee $150+, mud/sand cleanup $50+, $500+ fee for smoking inside the RV. All propane/gas to be returned full. $25 service charge plus the cost of propane to fill tanks. Hitch for your truck not included. Anyone towing this unit must be an experienced driver, with towing experience for a unit this size (32ft +), your vehicle must be capable of towing the RV (hitch currently not provided), weight info in pictures. Standard cleaning fee includes Covid sanitation and restocking etc. Renter is responsible to return the unit clean and free of trash, spills, debris, sand/mud, food and in overall tidy/clean condition including washing any dishes used etc to avoid additional cleaning fees of $45/hr for the cleaners (this includes sand/mud, food particles in fridge, spills on surfaces and stovetop etc). Basically please try to return the unit tidy and clean as it was provided to you. Please do not leave food on the stovetop or inside the fridge as this causes mold and could render additional cleaning fees. There are care instructions in video as well as in the welcome booklet provided. Late fees: picking up the RV late or returning late will result in a $75 fee, as owners have scheduled this time into the schedule. Standby time for delivery drivers (them waiting for the renter to arrive or become ready for pickup) $50/hr (billed in 15 min increments). If another time is needed please contact the owner and if it is possible/available the times will be changed.
