The location and home layout was great.
Pool and pool area was dirty. One bathroom smelled so bad we had to run out to the store to get supplies to fumigate it. Master bathroom shower drain was clogged.
Called Vacassa the managers of the property and they responded quickly that they would contact the local team. This was on Saturday. Sent a couple messages after asking about when they would address the drain. No one called or showed until Thursday. So had only 2 days of using the shower.
If owner of property hired a new management company we would return as the location and layout was great for our large family.

It was a very nice house. Plenty of room. I like that Vacasa provides sheets and towels.
The kitchen lacked an oven mitt and dish clothes. Not sure if it is normal to bring your own. The stove did not work great, two burners wouldn’t stay on. The coffee maker rubber seal fell off twice - coffee leaked.
It was a bit far from the beach - two babies to carry gets tough.

The weather didn’t cooperate- mostly rain ! The house is decorated nicely. Lots of stairs - pool on first floor of course but the kitchen is on 3 rd floor We enjoyed the backyard pool great for the kids.

Light, airy, and roomy with a full stocked kitchen and easy access to everywhere. Perfect spot to spend the week. We'll be back.

The house is beautiful but it could really use a good cleaning. Two of the bathrooms had feces on the toilets and the showers didn't appear to be clean as they had hair in them. The hot tub worked spiraticly, sometimes the jets worked sometimes they didn't. Overall we enjoyed the house although it is at least a 20 minute walk to the beach versus the 10 minute walk it states.

Fabulous Beach House!
This is a fabulous beach house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The neighborhood is nice as well. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the decks, the lounge areas, the kayaks, the grill, and the beautiful sunset. We had a wonderful, dream vacation at this spectacular sunset beach house.

This is a fabulous beach house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The neighborhood is nice as well. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the decks, the lounge areas, the kayaks, the grill, and the beautiful sunset. We had a wonderful, dream vacation at this spectacular sunset beach house.

We ignored that but when we stepped in, there were bugs and pests everywhere, crawling from the walls, ceilings, dead insects on the floor. When we called them, they had a very cold reaction and just causally mentioned that it is the season of insects. Upon complaining and escalating for several hours, they sent power wash and pest control after 2 days. That left the swimming pool unusable for the next 2 days as chemicals and dead insects fell in the water. They were very cold and unresponsive to the whole situation and were unwilling to work with us on a mutual resolution. Vacasa’s customer service was the worst ever I have faced in a hospitality industry. Logan Mace, April etc. they were all unwilling to help us and tried to ignore our calls multiple times. They even hung up the call on us when were talking about the complaints. Never ever use vacasa again!!!

We did not like that the workmen started working before 7 AM everyday including Sunday(they are not supposed to start before 8 on Sunday and before 7 on the other days. Some of our guests were awakened by nailing. We were disappointed that there was no ice and water dispenser.

We did not like that the workmen started working before 7 AM everyday including Sunday(they are not supposed to start before 8 on Sunday and before 7 on the other days.
