There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer. With no way to dry our clothes we couldn't use the washers either which was totally unacceptable. I will never use Vacasa again. In addition, the oven didn't work properly, most of the TV remotes had dead batteries, one of the dining room chairs was ready to collapse and unsafe to sit on, there were hardly any drinking glasses, no dish towels and a bunch of the ceiling lights were dead. It was a big disappointment to say the least.

House couldn’t have had a better location. Pool and hot tub awesome! Great layout. House could use some updates and attention , but it was clean. Code didn’t work upon arrival but rental company very responsive.

We loved the pool the size of the house and the location!!! We did not love that the clearer was stil at our house after we were told we could check in after 4. She was pushing a swiffer around the floor with NO cloth on it. And then she was there until 5/30 standing in the driveway waiting for a ride. We had a 1 year old with use and the floors were filthy. We had no broom, or working vacuum. As for the flies, all outside garbage cans were full, there was food theown in the backyard (chicken wings, crab shells and watermelon rinds) gross. The cleaning person did make a half hearted attempt to pick them up. I requested a broom at least for the floors, bought swifter sheets and bleach to try and get rid of the flies. Place could use a good deep clean!!! Pool and hot tub were actually well maintained.

The third floor is very sunny with an ocean view. Beach access is very easy. The door code that we initially received did not work, but a representative corrected this quickly by phone.

Love the location of the home, the spaciousness, and easy beach access.

Great location, plenty of space. Cleaning could've been better....trash found under and behind furniture from previous guests. Also could use many minor repairs.....loose/broken fixtures throughout, doors needing new hinges (our niece got locked in her bathroom from inside), etc. Wouldn't have minded those things but for the price we paid, were expecting better.

The house is right across from the street from a beach access making walking to and from the beach incredibly easy. The house itself is plenty roomy when at capacity. Outside offers a great pool area plus the yard makes a great area to hang and let kids run around.

Great space for a large family reunion! One of the dishwashers was never fixed after 5 reportings however the main tv died and was replaced the next day which we greatly appreciated. Needs a thorough cleaning-bug spatters on walls and several beds were broken.

The house was very nice, spacious and we enjoyed our stay. Reading reviews prior… we prepared by bringing some extra items from home that we were concerned would not be available… other areas that were inconvenient…. the twin bedroom-the toilet would not flush properly, tried to fix several times, so was not able to use it all week. … the bedroom TVs only had Roku hookup and the WiFi was poor so you could not watch tv in bedrooms… only main TVs. Minimal kitchen utensils, the refrigerator in game room would not get cold and the outside hoses all had holes so it was difficult to hose off after beach… a big concern was the door codes were not working … had to reset several times and had to have someone come out to fix.

Location was great, walked out of house and right to beach access, nice pool area and we were able to use the pool and change in outdoor shower before we got into the house.

House needs a deep cleaning - dead bugs squished on walls throughout 2nd floor, all floors leave black residue on socks and feet, most kitchen utensils and cookware contained dried stuck-on food, cleaned up broken glass around pool area and in the pool. We scrubbed the kitchen floor ourselves.
The master bathroom had unfinished construction all week - with no faceplate on electrical switches, pool cabana light and plug not working

Can’t beat the location-steps away from the beach! Awesome pool/hot tub area. Kitchen could use some new cooking utensils-only one spatula. House was not very clean upon arrival. Lots of dead bugs everywhere. Grease all over cabinets. Top bunks weren’t made, which was a major pain. House definitely needs a good cleaning-carpets in awful shape and need to be replaced. Painting and cleaning of exterior. All that said, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location-close to everything with ocean views!!!!

Pros and cons of a great vacation
Location is excellent, house was nice, house was not cleaned the best was left with five full running over trash cans to start our week with. Not all the TVs worked, the hot tub didn’t work. Those issues were addressed to the rentals the hot tub was fixed in a very timely manner the issues of the garbage cans and TVs were not addressed We left the house cleaner that how we accepted it. But having said all that we would not have any reservations in renting it for our vacation.

Perfect Family Vacation
Couldn't ask for a better "non ocean front" location. We were literally steps away from the public beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and we could see and hear the ocean from the decks. House was perfect for our needs and being pet friendly made it the perfect vacation.
