Location
We’ve been there many times
Smell in main bedroom coming from shower was so bad.
Also no water at property the evening - and no notices sent about that!
No emergency help in the evening when I called numbers for Heritage place …had to to go hotel to get help from maintenance

Privacy, facilities
Some maintenance needs to be done in the bathrooms, where there is a tile skirting missing. Some of the faucets where loose and need to be tightened, aircon piping and internet wifi cabling to be 'cleaned' up
This might sound like I am looking for issues, but believe that this property is just that good, that these 'issues' should easily be addressed.

Love everything and it’s so homey with a touch of luxury
Nothing

The interior is very nice and spacious but not exactly as advertised on the pictures - not exactly what you’re getting in real life
Logistics and ease of access - it’s really an effort to get to places - you need a golf cart to get to the parking lot to pick up your car. Same with deliveries (checkers sixty and woolies dash) - they can’t get delivered to your unit - you need to drive the golf cart to go pick up your deliveries- not the stuff you wanna do on a holiday
