Very fun to stay in South Beach, but lots of annoyances at the property: wrong door code, musty smell which requires opening the windows, broken fixtures. No deal breakers but not really worth the price.

Came for my mothers 70th birthday your staff had a birthday cake balloons and flowers waiting . Thats was a great suprise . The place was amazing

Exactly as promised...and more importantly, as needed! My BFF and I wanted a quick getaway weekend before the chaos of the holiday season. Coming from NYC, we just needed some sun and relaxation. This place was perfect! Check in is a bit late (4pm), but we traveled in our bathing suits and were able to use the rooftop pool until our room was ready. NOTE: There is not a bathroom on the roof, so if you want to use the pool while your room is being prepped, wear your suit under your clothes. The cleaning lady (Wilma) came to the pool to let us know our room was ready. The room was very clean, but there were obvious signs of wear & tear, but I guess that's expected to some degree. The apartment is in a great location...just south of the main strip, so it's not too noisy at night, but still close enough that you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. And if you don't want to spend all your time at the rooftop pool, the beach is only 1.5 blocks away. There is also a little bodega/mini-mart across the street for anything you may need during your stay. And a Walgreens is only a few blocks north. Lastly, Sextant was so responsive and communicative during our entire stay...not that we needed much, but when we did, they responded so quickly. We had such a great experience and will definitely stay here (and other Sextant locations) again.

Location is great if you plan to stay in the SoBe area. The rooftop pool is the highlight of the property!

This was a great place to stay in Miami Beach. The location is excellent, and the building is very cool. The unit itself was spacious and clean. There was, oddly, no separate door to the bedroom, but that was not a big deal. Host was very prompt in responding. I would stay here again.
