The staff, the amenities and having its own pier with kayaks, paddle boards..
The location, really hard to find at first and then a bit dangerous to get in there from the main road

The room was beautiful and very spacious, with direct access to a private deck and a stunning view over the lagoon. Having direct access to the water was a real highlight, and we loved being able to use the kayaks and SUPs free of charge. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable, and the outdoor kitchen was fully functional and convenient. With only four rooms on the property, the hotel felt very private, calm, and never crowded — perfect for a relaxing stay.
The hotel does not have a restaurant and is somewhat out of the way, so if you don’t have a car, you’ll need to rely on taxis to get into town. There are a few nearby dining options, but they are quite limited. The biggest downside was the shower: hot water was unreliable, the temperature was hard to control, and the drain did not work properly. Considering this and the overall services offered, we felt the price was a bit high for Mexico and for what is provided.

Clean and right on the lake
Right next to the highway, loud neighbors, barking dog, uncomfortable pillows and no blankets but sheets, when seen message to the staff about noise from the neighbors no response

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Pucté und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist wirklich toll und extrem gepflegt. Besonders schön ist der direkte Zugang zur Lag..."
