Family getaway - very suitable home with great amenities

Property was only air conditioned downstairs not upstairs and as it was very hot, the top floor only having fans was like a furnace. Furniture was very old and uncomfortable but the house was spacious and well located for our needs.

We booked and stayed at this property in Sawtell over christmas. It was as described, clean and comfortable. rooms were large and with 6 beds (3 singles, 2 double and 1 king) it was enough to sleep our cohort. we had a very relaxing time and would come back. thank you.

We travelled for National Touch League sporting event held at Coffs Harbour International Stadium and found this property a great location only 8 minutes from fields. The property location also suited us for the fact we could come home and not have to drive at all, Main Street of Sawtell only a 600m walk, perfect to get morning coffee or a meal of an evening. This house would be perfect to accommodate 2-3 families comfortably with so much space and facilities. Highly recommended will definitely book here again
