My family and I truly enjoyed the experience.

The property is located in a good part of South Beach, difficult and overly laborious check in, we lost 2 hours before we were able to enter the room.
The room had dirty walls and filthy drapes, very little cookware/plates/cups and glasses, no microwave or toaster and inexistent coffe maker of any type. For some reason there was a washer/drier in the microscopic kitchen. The bedroom had the decor of a laundry/utility room; instead of a wardrobe or armoire there was a pipe from the ceiling with hangers, For some reason the ironing board and iron had a. central importance because they were hug on the wall in front of the bed. The bathroom shower system was broken and it took a PhD. In plumbing to make it work, no cabinets to put down toiletries.

Amazing, comfortable and convenient stay! The property is beautiful. Everything was clean, and accommodating. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again the future. (I also lost left my tumbler behind after check out, and the stay was very generous in helping me get it back.)

The Sextant at 250 Collins Ave was an overall great stay! The virtual check-in/check-out process was super easy and convenient. It's only a one block walk to the beach and steps away from the 150 Miami Beach Airport Express bus route and the free trolley route. There's a small convenience store directly across the street and The Big Pink restaurant is on the corner. Great amenities with a full kitchen and refrigerator.
