The door closer needs adjusting. It let the door bang really loudly if you did not remember to catch it. I'm sure the people around me did not appreciate it. I did not feel the security lock was working properly. It did not seem to turn far enough to engage the lock. I report all this to the front desk when I checked out.

Thd cleanliness was awesome and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was great! My grandkids loved it! I especially loved the spinach quiche I had during our previous stay! Coffee was good and the sandwiches were very good. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness.

The swimming pool had a ring around it…needs a scrubbing. Other than that, I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the common areas, bathrooms, eating area and bedrooms. That is all that I can say that was negative.

The young man at the front desk was a lifesaver! There was an issue with the booking. Something to do with the lack of a space between the middle initial and last name in the software between Booking.com and the hotel. Anyway the hotel simply could not find the reservation and was going to charge full walk in price but this young man dug in deep and investigated when other front desk personnel were not so interested in helping. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am so sorry not to get your name. Your perseverance is admirable.

The other front desk personnel and the manager not so interesting in getting the problem resolved. AND the fact that there was an issue with our booking. At this time we don't know if that issue is due to Booking.com software or the hotel software. Regardless...the situation was investigated by the young man at the front desk. Ask him to ensure the glitch is corrected in the next version.
