Bed confortable and close the main road

I hate leaving a bad rating, I prefer not to rate it, but now I have to do it. We had a problem with the equipment in our room. The owner having responded to a comment from a customer, that he worked 100 hours per week and was not reachable at night (I am attaching the screenshot of the comment) I wrote him an email instead of the 'to call. What a mistake ! He came into the room very angry and really aggressive. So I can understand that my email displeased him, but as I explained to him it was an email that was sent to him privately and not a notice on Google or on booking... I warned him about future visitors. Either, this bad rating because of the lack of respect towards these customers as he did is intolerable for me. We travel in a van for several months and rarely take a room to recharge our batteries. This gentleman completely ruined this pleasure for us due to the stress he brought us and his aggressiveness. A word of advice, if you book at this establishment and you have a problem, refrain from telling them or it will be worse.

Room made you feel at home. Very clean, tidy and has a great layout. Much bigger than most places.

Room smelt like urine and musty. Sheets were stained and doona was covered in stains and full of mould. Back of door had what appeared to be spew or fluid splattered down.

Fantastic Location, Across the Road from the Leagues Club. Handy to the Airport to collect hire car. Close to lots of fast food places and a Foodworks. Taxi from Railway knew the exact location.

Refrigerator needed to be defrosted, very thick with ice. Toilet bowl not clean. Towels were not changed for a 4 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room for suitcases and a good table for eating. Smart TV not easy to get channels.
