A very clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of wharf, waterfront and cbd cafes and restaurants.

An absolute gem of a property which is based centrally and close to all facilities including the waterfront, restaurants and harbour areas. It is also only a short walk from the esplanade. The property is fresh, modern and presented to an exceptionally high standard.
This property has everything that you could possibly need and is superbly equipped for all occasions and needs. Communication with the owner is extremely positive and nothing is too much of an issue. A real home from home.
There is an absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.
